Had an event to attend next to the property hence the property was indeed excellent choice .

Didn’t use must of the facilities hence not able to comment much unfortunately

I like the beds, the quietness of the environment. The easy access to town. Whatever we need is there. Some small hiccup but was rectified swiftly. Amazing host. Good property to stay in.

The smell in the lobby on and off.

- spacious - well furnished - excellent and clean pool - public areas are well kept daily - all consumables provided - good onboarding/off boarding instructions - 10 minute walk to PYL Jalan Putra MRT, taking you quite central onto the KRT line - Yes, there is sufficient hot water in the shower only, but not for the bathtub making it unusable and for decoration only

The drains are near completely blocked in the kitchen and bathroom. With some water collected in the basins, the result is an immediate flooding of water onto the tiled floor. De-blocking the drains is a necessity that cannot wait. The stench from the drain adjacent to the toilet is unbearable. You simply cannot stay in the apartment. The agent clearly knows about this grave problem by placing moth balls and an odorizer next to the drain, to neutralize the smell, but this affect wears out after 4 days. I also believe that guests do not appreciate to live in an apartment that smells of mothballs. I made an improvised water sack, placing it onto the drain outlet to control the stench. It works as a waterlock for the duration of our stay. The most unacceptable issue however, is the following. On night 2, needing to go to the toilet, I turned on the lights. The apartment was swarmed with cockroaches. I killed 26 cockroaches, the rest got away. They were running over kitchen counter, dining table, couch and bedsides. Bought a spray the next day and used it daily. Since then, I noticed about three a day. This is poor pest control. I do not know if this is restricted to this apartment unit or the entire condo. Unless resolved urgently, avoid this apartment! Overall such a shame, that a well-furnished, clean apartment with excellent public facilities is completely let down by who-fully inadequate pest control and clogged stenchy drains. This should be easy to resolve with full commitment. Once solved it should be closer to a 9 out of 10 score.
