Location is perfect for MITEC. Exhibition. Room is spacious and comfortable.
Required additional deposit before check in. Staff is not friendly and check in instruction is not clear. Unable to contact staff during check out to get back deposit.

The location is strategic
Many defects found in the property. Fan not functioning, blind in the room cannot be adjusted and no interesting channel on tv. The lighting is very dimmed. Need to collect cash for deposits so need to inform earlier to the owner about the defects so that deposits not getting burned
