I’m giving this stay 5/10 based on my overall experience. When I booked, the listing details and photos showed a work desk, which was important to me. However, the unit I received did not have one. When I asked about it, I was told there were no other units available and that the photos/details did not necessarily represent the actual unit assigned. Only after I reported the issue directly to Booking.com was I offered another unit. So lesson learned: if the unit you receive doesn’t match what was advertised and you’re not satisfied with the response, I would suggest raising it directly with Booking.com. Cleanliness was another disappointment. On my first day, I found a cockroach in the unit and informed them about it. After moving to the new unit, I then had to deal with a leaking air conditioner. At that point, I was honestly too tired to complain again and just stayed for the rest of my 10-day stay. They did offer to fix the air conditioner, which I appreciate, but during a vacation, the last thing you want is to keep dealing with maintenance issues and having people coming into the unit. Overall, the place itself has potential, but my experience was unfortunately frustrating from the beginning. For a 10-day stay, I expected a much more comfortable and hassle-free experience.
