Spacious, clean, comfortable, complete with necessities like microwave, cooking induction, kettle, fridge, cooking utensils and cutleries, iron and iron board, hair dryer, front load washing machine, water heater, smart tv with Netflix, aircond. Nice view, Very quite surrounding.
All this for not more than rm80 per night? Of course i love it.
Just go down, got mamak restaurant, 24 hours mart, across the road got shopping mall with a lot of restaurants (chinese cuisine, western, cafe, malay cuisine, thais).
The parking is paid parking and quite expensive. If weekdays, can park along the street but get ready to get compound.

the property was near my exam place so i chose it and it was an easy place to stay since there were quite a few places to dine or buy anything nearby. the property was quite spacious too and it has almost everything you would need.
it was a good property other than the noises of other people that can be heard while inside. at first it makes me quite nervous but after a while it doesn't really bother me anymore since i knew the door had 3 locks so it was quite secure.

Everything is nice and clean. Suitable to sleep
The toilet smelled. Maybe the drain. Did not off the toilet blower still smell. Sprayed perfume but doesn’t last long

The aircond at the toilet door 🚪 is a bit ploblem sometime when I open it keep blink the green light I think better you call a aircond technician to look over
