The hotel building is beautiful. Stunning. The jacuzzu pods are amazing. Love the quirk fun decoration and building lights up at night. Rooms are huge with amazing design. Good sized fridge and a washing machine. Internet worked ok too. Good communication from property manager.

There were no photos of the room on booking.com so ww took a risk. Please add photos of the actual room. We booked an extra night so we didnt need to rush check out which is 11am. Nowhere to store luggage and had a late night flight. We ended up checking out at 12pm and property manager told us to request a refunf on booking.com and they would accept it. We did that and later received notice they did not accept it and no refund. Its the principle that left a bad feeling. Dont tell guests that and do the opposite. The tv unit had rotten wooden legs and was propped against the wall on a bad angle. The airconditioning isnt good and rooms were quite hot. The room needs a touch up but for the price is great. Location isnt great for tourists wanting to walk anywhere.
