The house is very comfortable,suit for big family,near to KL centre,the owner is very nice and easy to communicate, the owner already prepared all the accomodation ,if anyone want to stay,just bring the raw food,we can cook and keep in the fridge,even the place dont have the private park for car,we still can park everywhere near the building,the place also have the facilities nearby,shop,food stall,gas station,no need to worry,will stay again n again😊,

It’s very convenient and very nearby to the main city. The price is affordable and the property really value for money. The owner seems to be very good guy he is really polite and helpful. The location is very strategic and in the middle of town the location was astonishing. The house was perfect and well maintained.

I won’t say I won’t like but can be improvised. Parking was an issue it’s not private parking but a an open parking so it’s like 1st come 1st serve if you late you won’t get a parking spot and you need park block a car. 2nd the area of surrounding was not clean at all only inside house it feel good air and good smell but outside it was not so good. The smell was not pleasant. The toilet need to be done maintenance because whenever flush those wastewater appear on top then it goes down so the toilet smell was unpleasant.
