Bilik single tu tak ada aircond. Tapi ruang tamu & 2 others room ada je aircond. And masak air tu dia kena stop manual

Center of everything; nearby Selayang, Sg.Buloh, One Utama, KLCC, LRT A lot restaurant and convenience store nearby 2 lot carpark
A lot potholes on road (upon entering Zizz building) Limit cooking facility/utensil - only have microwave. Can consider induction cooker for mini cooking
