During search and narrowing my options, I entered as 5pax so the search gave me suitable apartments. While making the booking I just lazily input as 2 Pax and WITH furkids (this I ensure they are notified that I do have pets) Somehow it's a house that could for 5 Pax I didn't overload the place. They made too much fuss and rude messages saying I have booked the place for 2. Like what it matters tho the house still fits 5. And the should be charges for dogs. Like why? I made the entire payment while booking, wasn't there for a charity stay. Neither I had option to speak to hosts before I make the booking. I just do as per the system's need. I was treated so bad. Did my own sweeping and mopping, it was dirty sticky. The cloths are what we walked in to as doormats. I washed them too.

订住宿时，信息提示没有收取住宿押金，如果有人试图收取押金请先与房东确认。临check in的时候，却有agent whatsapp需要收取押金，拨电给房东却不接电话。虽然给了押金，也有拿到入住资料。后面也收的到押金。可是就是不喜欢，前后不一。 Agent的服务态度很一般。 总共两个房间，大房间的冷气刚好安装在衣橱上方。所以得开风扇才觉得冷。第二个房间，没安装窗帘。
