The location is nice. The apartment is clean. The procedure to check in (get the key from mailbox) and entrance to carpark is easy and simple.

1. The layout and furniture of the apartment is not as photo. Exactly photo for illustration purpose ONLY. There are 2 rooms in apartment, 1 bigger room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, another smallet room with a double decker. Living room with a sofa, not sofa bed. Therefore, it fit adults with bed, not 6 as description. No picture hang on wall or cupboard as photo. 2. The water heater is not functioning well. Information not given where switch need to be turn on from master room. Even if it is turned on, the heater is not functioning well at all time. Water for shower is cold at night. Not to say the switch for heater is spoiled as well once I checked in. The bidet is hard to press for using , difficult for whose with weaker hand such as elderly. 3. The hairdryer and television also faulty. Hairdryer producing lot of smelly smoke after use for less than 5 minutes. The window all need to be opened for fresh air. My family then refused to try using it again. The television turned off automatically while we are watching. Unknown reason. The TV got no sound on next day when we try to turn on again. 4. No knife or peeler is provided at kitchen. The cutlery are advised for better quality.
