The staff ate very nice but they only speak Armenian. Thankfully with google translate we were able to communicate with them. The cabins are small and nice but not comfortable at 4! I would say for 2 people is good.
The cabins need a deep clean, it is also not water front as you need to walk a bit to get to the beach

Is was close to the lake
One bed was a regular couch, and one bed was an old stretcher. Now really comfortable. The photos of the villa’s al a little misleading, do a double check on what you are booking.
