Milenium Villas on Sevan beach

Millenium Villas offered a cosy, spacious accommodation ideal for a family trip to Sevan. The kitchen facilities were good and the hosts offered us help the evening when we wanted to make Shashlik in the garden. There's secure room for parking and Sevan lake is very nearby. We had a comfortable and nice stay there and being able to have breakfast and dinner on the large patio was a definite advantage.

The only minor negative to the villa was the bathroom. Since there was no shower tray, it meant that every time someone took a shower, most of the bathroom would be wet. Another thing to be aware of when driving there, our navigator didn't find the exact address or name as stated on Booking.com (and we tried Yandex, Google Maps, and Apple). On Google Maps (and also on the local signage at Sevanavank), the accommodation is listed as Millenium Garden, not Millenium Villas. Once you know this, it's easy enough to find by taking the main exit to Sevanavank Peninsula. But we didn't and as a result took an earlier exit, which led to some bumpy rides across bad roads and having to ask some locals.

Мы заранее позвонили уточнить несколько вопросов, с нами не совсем приветливо разговаривали. В доме необходим косметический ремонт, засор в раковине, стоит запах рыбы. Замки во внутренних дверях не работали ни один. Старые тряпки, с неприятным запахом. Прямого выхода к Севану нет.
