Beautiful cabines in a small forest just 2 min walk from Sevan lake and beach. The cabines were comfortable and clean, perfect for a family or friend trip. I will definitely go back at my next visit in Armenia !!!
The cabines are perfectly adapted for 3 or 4 adults. The sofa is not really a sofa bed but just ok for 1 person. We had to get a camping bed of one adult which was not comfortable.

Im Allgemeinen gut. Relative gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Leichte Anfahrt. Rund um die Uhr fürs Einchecken offen.
Keine Küche. Kein Vorhang in der Dusche, so dass das Wasser rausplatscht. Es gibt nur ein großes Wohnzimmer, mit 3 Betten und einem Sofa und einem nicht großen Tisch, die Wohnfläche ist ziemlich groß, aber absolut leer. Weswegen es sich nicht geborgen anfühlt. Außerdem gibt's nur ein winziges Fenster. Darum viel zu schwül in der Sommernacht, besonders wenn man zu dritt in einem Raum schläft.

Is was close to the lake
One bed was a regular couch, and one bed was an old stretcher. Now really comfortable. The photos of the villa’s al a little misleading, do a double check on what you are booking.
