I love it specially the employee his name Gor if I am not wrong. He was very helpful and very professional, he gives us early check in,,, also thanks to Haik was very professional and friendly

The whole place is nice, the staff is very friendly.
The shower was broken, the room was unbearably hot with no possibility to adjust the temperature, and it was very noisy - the walls are extremely thin. Early check-out and late check-in policies are inconvenient. The pool had an unpleasant smell with green water. Overall, it’s really not worth the price. It’s more expensive than Marriott, yet you don’t get a comfortable or high-quality stay.
