We loved the location, and ease of getting in/out when it was snowing! Kitchen was great and the rest cabins have plenty of space.
The unfinished concrete buildings surrounding the property are ugly and uninviting, making the area feel derelict

A shower head was broken in one of the apartments. Moreover it was impossible to control water temperature in showers in the both apartments. Also the showers were not clean. There is a construction site close to the guest house, work in progress.
