Tikin Susan was very nice and helpful in any regard. The balcony had a great view on the mountains. Although we did not use it, but there were lots of board games and a PS3. So many kind of entertaining for kids. An extra area for BBQ outside. I forgot to pay before my departure. The owner was very kind to call me and find a convenient solution for both of us.
The floor on the balcony is very uneven and partly damaged. For elderly people with health issues kind of dangerous. Some door frames were constructed tor people <1,80m. You could hit your head sometimes (I did 2☠️) . Due to poor sound insulation you could hear (especially nights) some animals playing/fighting exactly on the top of the bedrooms on the roof?!

Nice village house with an amazing view, with friendly village people
The hot water was not consistent, there was a sensor that keeps disconnecting the gas, we got used it after finding out how to fix it.

Очень вежливый и участливый хозяин. Великолепный вид, воздух, природа. Много магазинов рядом с домом. Приятная зона с мангалом, подходящая для долгих вечерних бесед.
Трава на участке не покошена, поэтому не было возможности проводить на нем время. Без травы была только небольшая территория между домой и беседкой с мангалом. В доме многие розетки вываливаются из стены, что может быть опасным при отдыхе с маленькими детьми, было бы здорово если бы их заменили на современные и безопасные.
