La gentillesse de l'hôte qui a acceptée de prendre la chambre une heure plus tôt. Emplacement proche métro (Lavov Most), commerces et transports. Trés propre et calme le soir. Check-in facile.

Le matelas manque de fermeté.

It's good if you don't mind the location or a lack of comfort. The place was clean and there was a kitchen, the decor is fresh and modern. The wifi connection was stable throughout my entire stay. The host was responsive and was able to help with AC not working - turns out the plug was unplugged.

My biggest problem was with comfort. I had a hard time sleeping as bed mattress was too soft but the pillow was hard and too big, making it very hard for me to lay flat. The AC is also problematic even at 24-25 C it wasn't able to heat the entire room, especially the area around the table, so it was quite cold for me. Another issue is with the fridge that while was ok during first night, started to make very loud noises the other night, waking me up as well. Overall sound insulation is not great, I could hear the neighbors talking until 3AM in the morning. The state of utensils, pans and pots needs attention, the handle is loose and requires fixing. The entry procedure is too complicated, I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use the handle, the guide says "wave" but no amount of waving made any difference, but I found there is an invisible button that turns on the keypad!

Bonne communication, logement facilement accessible : 10 min à pied de la gare de bus et à 5 min du metro. L’entrée autonome est rapide. Par rapport au logement c’est un grand studio avec une belle vue et la salle de bain est top. Smart tv ++ . Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville !

Le lit est pas du tout confortable, limite c’est mieux de mettre le matelas au sol tellement les lattes font mal car le « matelas » est beaucoup trop plat. De plus les rideaux ne servent à pas grand chose, la piece est éclairée direct à 6h. Il y a aussi une forte odeur de cigarette dans la sdb, pour la kitchenette les casseroles ont le manche cassé : faire attention. Et il manque une cuillère lol ?? . C’est dommage car l’appartement est propre mais il y a trop de négligence sur le confort. Pour quelques euros de plus autant privilégier l’hôtel si on fait plus d’une nuit.
