Lily's Studio 6 by Bulgarentals - Central Sofia

A 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e dai supermercati e a poco più di 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il monolocale è molto piccolo ma confortevole e pulito. Presenza di angolo cottura con due piastre a induzione, lavello e frigorifero. Tv con Netflix. Aria condizionata caldo/freddo. Check in e out in autonomia con codici numerici. Prezzo ottimo. Ottima comunicazione da parte del proprietario. Se i vicini di stanza non sono rumorosi, l'ambiente risulta molto tranquillo.

Quarto piano senza ascensore. Da valutare se aggiungere un microonde ché in vacanza fa comodo. Presenza di scaldabagno che non permette docce lunghe (5 minuti massimo). Il frigo fa un pochino di rumore la notte.

Struttura abbastanza centrale, ben curata all’interno.

Маленька та затишна кімната.Є все необхідне(посуд,рушники,фен,чайник).Знаходиться неподалік автовокзалу(автограда),в пішому доступу супермаркети та місцевий транспорт.Уважний господар,завжди на звʼязку та готовий допомогти. (Small and cozy room. There is everything you need (dishes, towels, hairdryer, kettle). Located near the bus station (autograd), within walking distance of supermarkets and local transport. Attentive host, always in touch and ready to help.)

The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed. The hosts were friendly and attentive. The location was outside the city center.

The location is unfortunately on a very unpleasant street that feels unsafe. The building entrance is also a serious concern — the entrance lock was broken, so no access code was actually needed. I only realized this after searching for the code on my phone, when a passer-by told me it wasn’t necessary and opened the broken door. The interior of the building is in very poor condition and gives an uncomfortable impression; as a woman, I would feel unsafe entering the building in the evening. However, the floor where the accommodation itself is located has been renovated and is in good condition.
