The location is very central and convenient for exploring Sofia during the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was generally comfortable and offered good value for the money. It was relatively clean overall, and despite the steep staircase leading to the apartment, it wasn’t a problem for us.
The surrounding area felt unsafe in the evening due to the presence of intoxicated people and others behaving in a way that made us uncomfortable. The apartment is quite small and may feel cramped for some guests. The bathroom was missing a mirror, even though one was shown in the listing photos. We also found a few hairs on the bed that appeared to be from a previous guest, which was concerning from a cleanliness perspective.
