Огромный плюс -- это расположение. Центр города. Поэтому транспортом мы не пользовались. Всё достопримечательности, рестораны, кафе и т.д. в пешей доступности.
Квартира имела всё необходимое: электрический чайник, микроволновую печь, холодильник, утюг, фен, телевизор, кондиционер. Кондиционером мы не пользовались, было комфортно без него. Телевизор тоже не включали. В квартире было очень чисто.
Кровать неудобная, подушки старые и обязательно подлежат замене. Не понравился туалет и душ. Душевой кабины нет, вода льётся прямо на пол, унитаз. После душа, пока не высохнет, в туалет не сходить. Умывальник вообще находится в коридоре рядом с туалетом. Шторы спадают с колец. В квартире был слышен запах сигарет. Не понравилось наличие рядом с квартирой бара, он находится на одной лестничной клетке рядом с квартирой, прямо напротив, и люди из бара выходили курить прямо в подъезд плюс вечерами было шумно.

Nevera, microondas, fregadero, perchas, mesas
La ducha forma parte del baño y no hay lavabo, solo fregadero fuera del baño para lavar platos y lavarte los dientes, etc

The location was great and the apartment was fully equipped with everything. The owner also went out of his way to bring me a power adapter at 11.30pm cos I forgot mine. It was pretty easy to find and around many shops in the area.
While I understand this is a budget apartment, the room had a very weird smell that attached to my clothes. I think it's coming from the fact that the shower has an open draina and the hall/kitchen smelled a bit of sewer pipes. The second night I kept the bedroom door closed and the smell got better (although it was still bothering me).
The bathroom is also very small with the shower not being enclosed in a cubicle, hence when showering you'll get everywhere wet. The shower pressure and warmth were great tho!
