The location was in a quiet area, typical apartment for a glimpse of local life.
We enjoyed our stay, even though there's so much to see and we only spent a short time in the apartment. We slept quitely, and we preferred to manage our daily routines outside rather than seek excessive comfort. It all depends on the tourist's personality and independence. The subway is close by, and driving in Bulgaria is phenomenal. The roads are wide and easily accessible. I recommend renting a car for a longer vacation.
On the blv. back you can find a take away food and a pub/bar ppl are very nice. On front you got many services.

The location is absolutely amazing - it is within walking distance of the central bus station and there are bus stops within reasonable distance. The staff is friendly and the self-checkout/check-in is easy.
On arrival the floors were dirty. Beds are comfortable enough, however, the pillows were basically nonexistent - they were soft and mushy to an extent that it felt like I was sleeping on the bed/my elbow instead. Stacking two pillows also didn't do the trick. There was no AC, so it gets really hot and stuffy.
