Location was perfect. Size of the apartment is good value.

Beds in both the living room and bedroom were not very comfortable (I could feel the springs in the bed).

The key pick-up location was easy to find. And it's open 24 hours so very convenient.

The pick-up time was very rigid. I had to wait more than 10 min before the store clerk was willing to hand over the keys. The pick-up location was also some distance away from the apartment, burdensome for travelers hauling bags and backpacks in iffy London weather.

Noisy in the reception area. Sofa bed not at all comfortable.. bed room mattress also cheap and not at all comfortable.. stairs also..if you are traveling with family and have luggage it's a nightmare moving in and out... And with the mattress forget about a comfortable sleep cheapest springy stuff... I was dieing to get out of it...It was a temporary accommodation for me till I find a new place..as soon as I could find I moved out two ight before...amneties are good but without a good night sleep I don't think others doesn't matter much...
