"Comfy and cosy space for 2 in a quiet neighbourhood. Vivien was super helpful and the place had all the facilities needed for our stay. HK
A birght white space, in a quiet road-but close to excellent tube and bus connections. Surrounded by gastropubs,delis and a short to th main shopping street with big stores,TKMaxx,IKEA,H&M and M&S, supermarkets,theatre and almost daily food street market.
Studio is large room with double bed, dining table, window seat with separate shower room and kitchenette. TV, free internet/wi-fi, washer-dryer. Sit outside in the summer sun.
Please note studio is located in the lower ground floor of our house, down seven steps.
,Importnat connections: 35minutes to Heathrow / airports trains & Eurostar. Enjoy London relaxing in your own secure and super clean, cosy space.
Cleaning and Sanitisation: Our property follows an enhanced cleaning protocol (developed by expert guidance, approved by AirBnB). It is a two-part process of cleaning and then sanitisation. It is applied to all items that are touched or used, soft furnishings, surfaces, utensils and furniture. Here are a few highlights:
a process for the safety and wellbeing of me, my cleaners and you our guests
• 72 hour ‘quarantine period between lettings
• use of cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies
• PPE for cleaning staff to prevent cross-contamination
• each space / room has specific cleaning tasks & checklists
• provision of extra guest cleaning supplies, stay clean whilst you stay
•compliance with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
We operate a self check-in and check-out. We are following Covid 19 protocols and on arrival you will receive a certificate of “Committed to Clean” detailing what was done, products used and when the property was cleaned for you. In addition to normal provision we are leaving you an enhanced provision; disposable paper towels, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant spray, antibacterial hand sanitiser, extra hand soap.

Great location in small local London village of Brackenbury. Small studio apartment. Secure, peaceful and comfortable. Easy access to transport and central London. We enjoyed our stay.

The studio was well appointed and located in a quiet but very convenient neighborhood. Vivien was available and immediately responsive. All in all it was an excellent experience.

It was a pleasure to stay in this well-organised apartment. Set in a great location and close to all amenities, this spot provided us with a welcome respite from the surrounding busy London.
Vivien was the perfect host without being intrusive.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this flat and I agree with some of the other reviewers. It's small. The kitchen smoke alarm will go off when you cook anything, even toast. The bed is firm but small, a US double with lumpy pillows. The bathroom is compact but has good water pressure and fixtures. We were in London when it was 30C/90F and were boiling hot in the flat. We purchased a small fan and left it behind.
The neighborhood deli/cafe has good coffee and breakfast. We liked the quiet neighborhood and transport links. There are great food options and its quiet at night. You will hear the owners upstairs. They are attentive to any issues though and the flat is well maintained. We would stay again if the overall flat was a bit bigger. It's very cramped for 2.
