The location is excellent. It was comfortable enough for our stay.

It could do with some new utensils etc.

The location is great; it is situated in a very quiet area close to the shops and the underground (7-10 min). The bedrooms are large. There is plenty of closet space.

There is insufficient lighting. There is only overhead lighting, and several lamps no longer work. There is no reading light. This is annoying in the living room and in the bedroom. The kitchen is in mediocre condition. There is a dishwasher, but it is not connected. The sealant around the countertop is missing, which is not very hygienic. Not all pots and dishes are equally clean. You have to do the dishes yourself, but there are no tea towels or hand towels. The bathroom is narrow. The shower has a glass panel making it impossible to step out or shower (very small). Getting out is dangerous, especially because the floor also becomes slippery. Not everything is equally clean. There was supposed to be free Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi code was never provided. The information provided beforehand was good, and the instructions for entering were clear. But once we were in the apartment, there was radio silence.
