Great location, felt secure and safe, adequate facilities, decent value for Liverpool centre, great for groups, clean

Beds not very comfy, quite noisy at night, quite cramped in the bedrooms

Great location, lots of space, easy check in all done before we arrived so it was easy for multiple people traveling.

Couldn't find the ironing board.

The location was very close to the city centre, 5 minutes walk from concert square. The duplex apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. One ensuite bedroom, one other bedroom and separate bathroom. I used the parking Bee app and parked for 24 hours in the multi storey car park nearby for less than ten pounds. It was only a few minutes walk from the apartments. Security was excellent with keypad entry to both the building and the apartment. Manned security was present in the evening/nightime.

It was very warm in the apartment, but that was to be expected with the recent hot weather. A portable air conditioning unit supplied by the owners was very welcome!

Location right in city centre and near train station Spacious apartment and 2 bathrooms

Uncomfortably hot in the apartment due to lack of windows and inadequate air cooling systems provided. Requested further fans but WhatsApp message was ignored. Emergency exit light in the apartment was extremely bright
