Location is obviously great as close to pretty much everything in the centre of Liverpool. For what we went for it was ok.
The non existent staff or anyone to deal with, no ability to drop your bags before check in so you need to pay to leave them elsewhere, heating system is either broken or made to be impossible to locate and operate. Kitchen door was on some kind of industrial spring closer, almost dangerous if you didn’t have your wits about you. Bulbs missing out of bedside lamps and zero toiletries provided

Great location for city centre and for the M&S Bank Area.
Plenty of space in the apartment. Very clean. Easy access.
No hooks or shelves in the bathrooms, so nowhere to put toiletries, hang dressing gown etc
Some basics missing, such as no bulb in the bedside lamp in one bedroom, lights around dressing table mirror had USB connector, but no adaptor or usb point in plug socket, so couldn’t switch them on. Sealant in shower has large gaps.

Great location. Great for bigger groups. Comfortable beds .
Just needed some touching up like the curtains had fallen down when we had got there in living room, needs a fresh paint job in kitchen area, shower needed fixing back to wall.

The location was the only positive.
We’ve stayed on Duke Street before in other apartments run by different companies and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, those weren’t available this time, and this place was a complete disaster.
Cleanliness was shocking – filthy floors that left our socks black, bedding that was definitely not clean (covered in body hairs), and even what appeared to be semen stains on a cushion. We ended up buying a dustpan and brush ourselves just to make it tolerable. Crockery and cutlery were dirty, mismatched, and limited to just 2 forks, knives and spoons. No wine glasses, so we had to drink our bottle of wine out of mugs.
Basic features were completely overlooked. The mattress was wafer thin and uncomfortable, cupboards broken, walls filthy, and the “speaker system” didn’t even have power. The bathroom is tiny, with no mirror, and nowhere to plug a hairdryer near a mirror either – it’s like nobody has thought about how guests would actually use the room.
The building felt unsafe – the front door was broken and left open 24/7, with strangers loitering in the foyer. The clientele was noisy, there was zero soundproofing, and overall it was an unsettling place to stay.
We reported the issues straight away but got no response at all – no acknowledgment and certainly no action. Zero customer service, zero accountability.
The only saving grace is the location if you want nightlife, but for anyone expecting even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or security – avoid this place at all costs.

I booked this place for a little reunion with a few old friends over my birthday and it was perfect, so much space, very clean and well located. We had a great night and also had no problems getting in with the easy lock and key system, would definitely recommend.

Property is as described, great location and easy to find. No issues getting into the property.
Noise! Constant and all night long. Next door there is a gentleman’s club and there is just constant talking, maybe it’s the bouncers outside and music boom boom boom!! The sofa bed is comfortable but it’s bright all night with the emergency exit and then the large roof lights.

The location for our trip was excellent. It was spacious and comfortable with comfortable beds and good amenities.
Not the property as such. However, a lot of noise from another apartment across the hallway. Music playing very loudly from midnight to 6:30am which disturbed our sleep.
7.0 / 10.0
It was a large apartment. Easily accessible and in a good location! Staff were easy to get a hold of.
We couldn’t drop our bags off straight away so we had to walk around Liverpool with really heavy bags for hours. It was quite hot, I would recommend they install a fan? The apartment wasn’t hovered before check-in so floor was slightly dirty. Other than that all expectations were met. Recommended!

Good location, lots of space, good for multiple people, big living room, two showers and comfortable beds.
It’s extremely hot in there and there’s absolutely no ventilation. It reminded of sleeping in a tent on a festival.
The customer support was underwhelming. Needed more information like passport pictures and 300£ deposit which was later not required. It created the feeling that the booking can be cancelled anytime. Was a bit stressful.
7.0 / 10.0
Clean, comfortable bed, quiet and felt safe.
Good size fridge & proper cooker.
No comfy chair or desk chair (only one low stool to sit on); stark white decor & lighting with a v high ceiling. Brightly lit exit sign over the door stays on all night. Bright bare bulb as bedside light.
Very poor provision of pans & utensils for self catering (bring your own!!). Small old-fashioned microwave.
6.0 / 10.0
Location is good, near the city centre. Easy to check in and gain access.
No external windows so it was ROASTING hot, the decor is very tired and flooring was damaged with gaps in the laminate.

Central Location, Big apartment with two floors
We arrived late evening and were trying to get in touch with the host. no one responded to us (SMS, WhatsApp, phone, e-mail), the apartment is internal with ZERO windows and no AC, practically there is no incoming Oxygen into the apartment.
Showers without Shower Gel, nor Shampoo, bathrooms not properly cleaned.

Location it’s perfect for the night out we wanted ! In the main area but also still away enough that you can sleep! Walking distance to most places. The staff I dealt with over the phone were very helpful and accommodating to some of the party being in the apartment until they got their transport home, letting us check in early and we had some entertainment they allowed up during the day. Great size for the party size added bonus with the roof terrace.
We found glitter when we moved the beds in the one room. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken. Couldn’t find a dust pan and brush to sweep the floor. Needed more towels supplied but I’m sure if we asked we could have had some.

Property was very spacious and matched the description, loved the outside terrace area
Facilities were great, kitchen was fitted with everything you could need
AVOID THIS PROPERTY!
We were woken by a ladder hitting our bedroom window at 7.40am (we were not on the ground floor). When I opened the curtains to investigate, there was a workman directly outside our bedroom window looking in on myself and my partner partially clothed. Severe security concerns considering we had the windows open because of the heat. Discussed with the host and they didn't seem to believe me at first but once I sent photographic proof, they advised the work was being performed at the property next door so they are not prepared to accept any responsibility. They also told me I should have moved to another bed when I realised there was work being performed outside the room. Completely unacceptable response and was simply not a possibility once we had been awoken by this level of disturbance.
Communication is also poor, takes over 24hrs to receive a response at times.

The apartment is centrally located with a well equipped kitchen. It was a comfortable stay for 5 people and clean. Although we had an issue with a faulty aircon unit, we were given brilliant support by the representative at the front desk. Prior to our stay, the apartment representative was very helpful in accommodating our change in plans and allowing 5 people to stay instead of the original booking of 3.
There are no windows which felt a bit stuffy on a very hot day as the aircon unit wasn’t very powerful. One of the showers was rather clogged up and could do with a declog! Despite these minor issues, we’d definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Very good location
Bad smells in some of the rooms. The hot/cold temperature gauge was not working. It was set on such a hot temperature we couldn’t shower. When explained this to the apartment they refused to acknowledge.

Only a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime St station, venue was easy to find.
All the booking in procedure had been taken care prior to our arrival.
Exceptionally spacious and clean apartment over two floors.
Perfect fit for our requirements.
The venue allowed us to check in early as we had transport issues.
All of the above was only possible due to the assistance of Jane who was brilliant.
Impossible to dislike anything at this venue.

Great location
One bathroom for 9 people wasn’t great.
Windows in double bedrooms didn’t open.
Dining table chairs were very unstable to sit on, backs & legs were very wobbly.
Fridge had no shelves and the door shelve was broken off inside the fridge when we opened it.
Dirty mattress protector was on the sofa bed in the living room.
Cleanliness could have been better.

Great location for Sound City music festival. Very close to the city centre too. Comfortable & clean. Very convenient.
The apartment we stayed in was at the front directly on the street level so we couldn’t open the windows. We got a bit hot in the night so maybe put a fan in there?

It was a bit cold and not the cleanest

The location, accessibility and Paul was helpful.
The bed was like a rock. It was meant to be bedroom 1 - one double bed. Bedroom 2 - one double bed and two single beds. And a sofa bed in the living room.
First apartment - apartment 8 - The bed in main room was broken/slanted to one side and bedroom 2 only had one double bed in and the living room had a sofa bed.
Second apartment - apartment 5 - bedroom 1 with one double bed and an en-suite bathroom was alright apart from I’ve slept on comfier police station cell beds. Bedroom 2 - had two single beds but no double and the sofa wasn’t a sofa bed it had plywood under the cushions my eldest daughter ended up having to sleep on that.
