tourisme, not too far from the towns we wanted to see, Munster and Colmar,
confortable bed, we only really slept in the room,
would have been good with somewhere nearby for breakfast

Nice, quiet place; but unfortunately very far away from Munster & Rte de Crêtes and not like the pictures

The place looked very different on the fotos. The place was much smaller than the pictures suggested. It was really far away from both Munster and the Route des Cretes. We did not realise this from booking / checking online.

Séjour très agréable
Chambre vraiment très propre, et très jolie. Emplacement parfait. Malgré la fermeture de la piste par manque de neige, nous avons pu faire de jolies ballades autour du logement et d'autres pistes de ski se trouvent à moins d'une heure de route. L'auberge à côté du logement est très chaleureuse et très abordable en prix avec des produits frais de la ferme ! Séjour très agréable je recommande !
La boite à clé avait malheureusement gelé durant la nuit et l'accès y était donc difficile. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le sèche-cheveux dans les accessoires.

Camere belle e moderne ma un po’ scomodo per Colmar
camera e bagno molto carini, come in foto.
a disposizione c’hanno lasciato due capsule di caffè e due bustine di thè/tisana. (siamo stati due notti)
letto un po’ duro ma abbastanza comodo.
doccia bella e rilassante. scaldino elettrico molto apprezzato, scaldava il bagno in un attimo.
parcheggio enorme e gratis davanti alla struttura.
quando arrivate alzate gli occhi al cielo, così tante stelle mai viste nella mia vita! meraviglioso!
ho letto in altre recensioni che il rumore della ventola del bagno continuava per diverso tempo, per noi non è stato così. dopo qualche minuto si spegne in automatico.
il wi-fi non è andato una singola volta in due giorni di soggiorno. anche se ho scritto con gentilezza alla struttura, mi hanno risposto esattamente mezz’ora dopo il checkout, quindi assolutamente inutile.
la pulizia non era perfetta, c’era un po’ di polvere sui mobili.
i cuscini erano troppo morbidi, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire. magari averne un altro paio per offrire una scelta sarebbe ottimo.
consiglierei alla struttura di mandare i messaggi con la spiegazione dell’accesso alla struttura tramite booking, non tramite sms perché si potrebbero perdere (come è successo a noi). e di scrivere due righe sull’accesso anche sulla pagina della struttura.
Aggiungo che tramite booking non si capisce (almeno per me non era chiaro, non essendo mai stata in zona) che l’hotel si trova a quasi 1000 metri di altitudine e quindi non è comodissimo da raggiungere.
la temperatura della stanza andava bene, non amiamo stare troppo al caldo neanche d’inverno, però se si vuole una temperatura più alta, la posizione dello scaldino elettrico è davvero scomoda, non puoi usarlo con le tende chiuse quindi o stai al freddo o mantieni la privacy.
non ho capito l’utilità della finestra del bagno che dà sulla camera, essendoci poi lo specchio moderno con le luci dei comandi che rimangono sempre accese, di notte si vede una luce costante provenire dalla “finta finestra”.
essendo arrivati di sera, come scritto in molte altre recensioni, si fa fatica a capire quale sia la struttura perché è completamente al buio. sembra una fabbrica. magari mettere giusto un paio di luci dalla porta…. non capisco perché non venga fatto. anche interne volendo.

La propreté de la chambre et sa vue !
Le besoin d’appeler deux fois pour avoir le code d’accès, deux lits individuels au lieu d’un lit pour deux, deux doses de café pour deux jours à deux et pas de télévision ! Impossibilité de prendre un petit déjeuné car l’hôtel est accessible par un sentier pierreux en pente à un quart d'heure de marche ce qui est regrettable ! La ferme auberge à côté du motel était fermé pour congés, pas de chance !

la vmc très bruyante qui continue au moins 30 minutes après avoir utiliser la salle de bain et nous empêche de dormir.
le prix très elevé 123€ la chambre début décembre sans petit déjeuner (par ailleurs pas proposé par le motel) alors même que les prestations sont minimalistes: pas de personnel (boitier extérieur pour récupérer la clef, ), pas de tv, chauffage électrique qui ne peut fonctionner (consignes indiquées) que rideaux ouverts. donc on a le choix soit d'être vu de l'extérieur et pouvoir se chauffer soit fermer le rideau et couper le chauffage.
bref decevant.
A paris on a largement de meilleures prestations à ce prix!

Prima verblijf na een wandeldag in de Vogezen.
Kamer heel functioneel: prima sanitair (uitstekende regendouche) en bed. Fijn dat er een waterkoker en een koffie-apparaat (met 2 theezakjes en 2 cupjes) aanwezig zijn. Wij hebben (op loopafstand van het motel) in Auberge Gaschney lekker gegeten (op terras met mooi uitzicht), maar dit restaurant is niet alle dagen geopend. Overigens beperkte mogelijkheden wat betreft restaurants (ontbijt zelf meenemen en op de kamer opeten).
Aan de buitenzijde en in de gang is het gebouw vervallen en weinig sfeervol.
De kamer is echter keurig in orde.

Wer hier bucht, sollte sich im Klaren sein, dass der Zutritt ins Haus erst nach Abschluss der Zahlung erfolgen kann. Das aber auch nur dann, wenn man wirklich einen Zugangscode erhält. Ich habe keinen bekommen. Alle Kontaktierungsversuche über booking.com, per Telefon und per E-Mail blieben erfolglos. Auch eine spätere Aufforderung, mir das gezahlte Geld zu erstatten, hat der Vermieter ignoriert.

C’est très propre et chaleureux.

Toplocatie!! Mooi en hoog in de bergen! Vlakbij parkeren en verschillende mooie wandelroutes in de buurt!

Restaurant in het dorp was volzet, ook voor ontbijt grote onderneming om eten te vinden (boven op de berg), maar wel lekker! Best rekening houden dat je reservaties maakt op voorhand om te eten.

Calme et dépaysant
Le lieu et l'endroit totalement dépaysant calme et proche de la nature arrivée sans avoir le code de la chambre la disponibilité et réactivité a fait qu'en 2 minutes je l'ai obtenu et j'ai pu rentrer. chambre très propre calme et agréable je recommande fortement et j'y retournerai de tout évidence
