Wir haben die Nacht überstanden und sind gegangen, der Hotelier hat unsere Belange nicht ernst genommen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich wende mich an Sie, da das von mir gebuchte Hotel in den Vogesen in keiner Weise den auf Ihrer Plattform beschriebenen Standards entspricht und erhebliche Mängel aufweist. Ich reise mit Kindern, weshalb die Situation für uns besonders belastend ist. Im Einzelnen liegen folgende Mängel vor: • Es gibt faktisch keine Rezeption; der Schlüssel wurde mir kommentarlos an der Bar überreicht, ohne jegliche Registrierung oder Datenerfassung. • Das Zimmer ist kalt und stark verschmutzt, überall befinden sich Hunde- bzw. Tierhaare, auch in Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, zusätzlich liegen extrem alte, unhygienische Wolldecken auf den Betten. • Die Kinder haben in der vergangenen Nacht gefroren, eine ausreichende Heizungsmöglichkeit ist nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht funktionsfähig. • Im Zimmer sind allgemein unzumutbare hygienische Zustände festzustellen. • Das „Abendessen“ wird ohne Speisekarte und ohne Informationen zu Inhalt oder Preis einfach serviert; ebenso ist unklar, welche Getränke inklusive sind und welche nicht. • Es gibt – anders als erwartet – keine adäquaten Möglichkeiten, die Skiausrüstung sicher abzustellen. Unter diesen Umständen ist die Unterkunft für uns objektiv unzumutbar, die vertraglich geschuldete Leistung wird nicht erbracht.

Sie sollten das Haus aus ihrem Portfolio streichen.

Da keine weiteren Gäste im Haus waren hat man sich beim Frühstück für uns zwei Personen sehr bemüht. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut.

Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand. Vieles sehr reparaturbedürftig, Ordnung und Sauberkeit rund ums Haus läßt viel zu wünschen übrig. Wer einmal hier war kommt garantiert nicht wieder.

Un hôtel à découvrir

L'endroit était superbe, à quelques mètres d'un super endroit avec une plage que l'on pouvait admirer depuis l'hôtel. Nous avons pris la demi pension, nous étions seuls à déguster 2 excellents diners préparés par le propriétaire avec vue sur le lac et sa plage. Un régal. L'hospitalité du propriétaire avec qui nous avons appris une tonne de choses intéressantes et de nombreuses histoires locales.

Vous voulez séjourner en bordure d'un lac Vosgien en quête de nature et de dépaysement? je conseil.

L'exploitant est très sympathique, le site est magnifique, les équipements sont certes un peu vieillissants mais la prestation reste très convenable et il règne une ambiance conviviale dans cet établissement. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et varié.

Le restaurant n'est accessible qu'aux pensionnaires, ce qui n'est pas mentionné sur le site Booking.com. Cependant, à moins d'une centaine de mètres est implanté en bordure du lac, un restaurant qui lui aussi propose une prestation très convenable.

Emplacement idyllique: foret aux alentours, prairie et lac devant. Calme et fraicheur bienvenus en cette période de grosses chaleurs Trés grande terrasse privée avec vue sur lac avec 1 table, 2 fauteuils et 1 bain de soleil. Chambre pas très grande mais bien dotée: 1 petite table, 2 chaises, 2 fauteuils, 2 tables de nuit séjour en demi-pension. Repas copieux. Parking privé

Hotelmuseum mit dreckigen Scheiben?

Die Lage ist prima, das Wasser ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir sind erschrocken, als wir am Hotel ankamen. Der Eingangsbereich sieht aus, als hätte das Hotel lange nicht mehr geöffnet. Im Hotel kamen wir uns vor, als wären wir in einem schlechten Museum, wie man vor 50 Jahren lebte.. das gebuchte Zimmer viel zu klein, die Fensterscheiben wurden eventuell im vergangenen Jahr mal geputzt, wirklich sehr trüb. Der Plastikboden im Bad knarzte, die Dusche spritzt in alle Richtungen, das Klo so eng, dass ich mich frage, wie große Menschen darin Platz finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nur einmal gebucht - das Baguette war gut, bei allem anderen fragte ich mich, ob es halbwegs sicher ist, es zu essen? Hätten wir nicht im voraus gebucht - die Bilder des Hotels sehen ganz nett aus (und den zum Teil auch schlechteren Bewertungen habe ich zu wenig vertraut - das wird mir nicht mehr passieren) - ich wäre nicht geblieben. Den Preis finde ich unangemessen. Für 50€ die Nacht mehr hätten wir in ein größeres Zimmer mit Blick zum See wechseln können, das kam mir aber irgendwie wie Wucher vor, da sich hier Preis Leistung in sehr schlechtem Verhältnis standen - sind dafür dann lieber in Gerardmer lecker essen gegangen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, Nous avons été bien accueilli, bien installé. L'endroit était bien situé pour notre séjour du week-end agréable. Merci au Patron.

C'est de l'ancien, mais c'est bien entretenu. Avec des travaux de rénovation, ça sera mieux, car bien situé pour une escapade de week-end au bord du lac.
