Great Hotel for exploring the Vosges

We booked this hotel as part of a motorcycle tour, preferring a smaller town over a larger one for bike security, and this Hotel has some garages - although as it turned out we could park in front of our rooms we did not bother,... The Hotel has number of "motel style" rooms behind it, and we had one of these as a "free upgrade" as the hotel was busy, the rooms were very large with a small sofa and table, plus a large bed, bathroom and seperate toilet, the rooms were very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The Hotel was clearly built to a very high standard and looks great, possibly a little dated now, but I liked it a lot, a refreshing change from modern Hotels. An added bonus was the facilites with a decent sized swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, very welcome after arriving by motorbikes in torrential rain (other weather conditions are available, but not bookable) and dressing gown in the rooms. The gym is quite basic - but who goes on Holiday to work out??? Due to the bad weather we decided not to explore the town looking for places to eat or drink, but there are several other options in the town, this turned out well as we really enjoyed the set meal in the Hotel which was amazing value. For cyclists or motorcyclists the location is perfect, with great roads on the doorstep, a good base for exploring the region. The staff were really good and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The double bed is two mattresses pushed together so it's not very comfortable for couples. The motel rooms are functional but nothing special. Dinner at the restaurant is ok.

Emplacement très bien pour faire la route du Vin et visite alentours. hôtel très charmant, petit déjeuner complet, service impeccable, accueil chaleureux. Un grand parking à disposition. Espace Spa le petit plus. Idéal pour séjour en famille. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant.

Une nuit en amoureux avant un départ en rando

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel au Bois le Sire, pour y démarrer une randonnée de 4 jours depuis Orbey. L'accueil était charmant, la chambre comme il faut, la piscine un vrai plus. Le dîner au restaurant délicieux (mention spéciale à la dégustation de 3 petits verres de vin d'Alsace, une façon parfaite pour découvrir !). Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux.

La route faisait un.peu de bruit, mais avec la fenêtre fermée cela ne nous a pas gêné.

Un air de village de vacances

Emplacement agréable ( logement à côté de l’hôtel ), piscine propre et suffisamment grande malgré la dizaine de personnes qui se baignaient .

Tout était bien. Si il y avait une petite remarque , ce serait à propos du manque de climatisation dans le restaurant ( très bon repas malgres tout)

Top 💯❤👍 De l'accueil au départ tout était parfait Le personnel aux petits soins, la chambre très propre avec une literie ultra confortable et un calme absolu. L'espace bien-être dispose vraiment de tout ce qu'il faut, et là aussi une hygiène irréprochable. Le dîner ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont de qualité exceptionnelle Je reviendrais avec plaisir
