Stayed for 4 nights with friends & had a lovely stay. Check in & check out was really easy & we were met by a lovely host. It is a key code system instead of a a set of keys into the apartment block & apartment which was great for us in our group especially coming in & out at different times. There was a £300 deposit to pay when meeting the host (I think this is pretty standard with nice apartments in Benidorm) which I did on credit card with the host when she met us, this is refunded a week later. The apartment was spotlessly clean & had all the facilities we needed. Ours had 2 big double bedrooms & an open plan kitchen/lounge & bathroom with a walk in shower. Amazing location in the old town up a side street, 10 mins walk to the strip or a few mins into the centre of the old town. Would 100% stay again!

A couple of small fixes…stairs into the apartment were tiled & steep, a handrail needs installing as this could cause some issues for some people. No full length mirror in the apartment, plenty of space to put one though :)

Host who greeted us was lovely Room was large, with 2 bedrooms and a balcony Air Conditioning was strong and needed Location is fantastic Great facilities including kitchen, WiFi and large TV

Only downside is there is no lift and stairs don't have a handrail. Caused a few problems for my wife who has walking difficulties but didn't stop her!!

We booked Chloe 37 but were accommodated in Chloe 2 which is a similar block on the same street. The location was excellent in central old town Benidorm and very near the beach. The property was very clean and included everything you needed for a self catering holiday.

We were not accommodated in the building that we thought we had booked but it was just as good internally. There is a deposit to pay of 300 Euros which we didn't know about until after the booking was made. I am still waiting for this to be refunded. Chloe 2 is on the same street as a sex shop and is illuminated in flourescent pink.
