Very clean centrally located apartment.

We booked Chloe 37 but were accommodated in Chloe 2 which is a similar block on the same street. The location was excellent in central old town Benidorm and very near the beach. The property was very clean and included everything you needed for a self catering holiday.

We were not accommodated in the building that we thought we had booked but it was just as good internally. There is a deposit to pay of 300 Euros which we didn't know about until after the booking was made. I am still waiting for this to be refunded. Chloe 2 is on the same street as a sex shop and is illuminated in flourescent pink.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a TV in every room, kitchen with everything you need and the bed was super comfortable. The apartment was close to the old town walking street.

The location was great.

No kettle, broken ironing board but the biggest red flag is that it was advertised as a 2 bedroom property!! It’s not - it’s one bedroom.

ALERTA DE ESTAFA

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, buena ubicación, buen precio…todo parecía perfecto pero…

ES UNA ESTAFA. A la llegada nos mosqueó la forma de proceder de los caseros. En primer lugar, nos hicieron pagar 300€ con tarjeta con un datáfono para la “supuesta” fianza que se devolvería a los pocos días. A la llegada, avisamos de que seríamos cuatro chicas y nos pidieron el DNI que les enviamos sin problemas. En ningún momento nos comentaron nada de costes adicionales, ni tampoco esto venía especificado en las condiciones del alojamiento que nos enviaron por Booking. Dejamos el apartamento en perfectas condiciones y al cabo de unos días les escribí para saber cuando me devolverían la fianza. Mi sorpresa fue cuando me dicen que la fianza no nos la devolverán puesto que hemos estado una persona más en el apartamento y que hemos roto la vitrocerámica, la cual ni la utilizamos. Repito!! ESTAFA. Cuidado con esta gente porque se saben todas las triquiñuelas para cobrar supuestamente barato pero después se las apañan para ganar más.

Para decir algo..faltaría una estantería en el baño para ponerte las cosas y alguna percha o algo para colgar las toallas...aún así se merece un 10 😉

si se quieren relajar no se alojen en este lugar fue demasiado estresante,el dueño realmente nos tuvo todo el tiempo vigiladas por la cámara, nos mandó los policías ya que son amigos suyos pero no sirvió de nada ya que no estábamos infringiendo normas,no nos dejaba recibir visitas,se supone que vienes de vacaciones a relajarte y el todo el tiempo te está llamando la atención por todo.

Está muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo para dormir. Muy amable y cercana Rosi, que en todo momento se prestó a ayudarnos con las llaves y consejos de la zona
