Casa de la Playa in the Old Town of Benidorm

A 2 passi dal mare e 2 passi dal centro Appartamento nuovo molto carino. Lavatrice molto comoda. Vicini silenziosi. Aria condizionata silenziosa.

La scala per arrivare all'appartamento non molto pulita. Lo segnalo solo perché mi viene richiesto qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto... non è stato assolutamente un problema

La posizione della struttura è davvero ottima: si trova a pochi passi dal mare, dal Balcón del Mediterráneo e dalle principali vie della città. Durante il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto bisogno né della macchina né degli autobus, perché era possibile raggiungere comodamente tutto a piedi. La casa era inoltre vicina a diversi ristoranti, quindi in alcuni momenti entrava un po’ di odore di cibo, ma nulla di particolarmente fastidioso o che abbia compromesso il soggiorno. Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la posizione, che permette di vivere la città comodamente senza dover utilizzare mezzi di trasporto.

Convenient location for accessing everywhere but not the prettiest street & could be noisy. However - it’s to be expected in a central location & the apartment itself is newly refurbed, very clean & comfortable. Small but with everything you need so the orders have put thought in to what they’ve done. Also - the little touches like shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, washing up liquid, tea bags etc are very much appreciated. For the price & location the positives out weigh the negatives (that are not in the owners control anyway!)

Smell of sewer in internal stairwell & could be noisy. Not the prettiest street but 2 mins from the beach!

Apartment was clean and well stocked.

Difficult to find correct building. Entrance had narrow flights of stairs some without handrails. Although air conditioning worked well it smelt bad, probably needs good clean. Situated on an extremely noisy street. Dustbins emptied in middle of the night.
