No signage on house so we drove past it 4 times before we were confident that we had the right place.

This beautiful country home has everything you need to relax and take in the peaceful beauty of the area.

We loved our stay here! It felt very comfortable like a family home, and the owner Nikola (who doesn’t live there) was very kind and helpful. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfy, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. And there is a gorgeous view from the deck where you can sit and eat the most delicious grapes that grow right on the property, or sip wine from these grapes that is provided by the owner. The 10-15 minute walk to town was along a peaceful country road and we really enjoyed this as it’s quite beautiful. We also highly recommend the 4 hour private boat tour of the lake given by the owner’s family member! This was the highlight of our trip — not to be missed!

Exquisite property

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment in a picturesque little village about 15 minutes walk from Virpazar. The views from the apartment and terraces were amazing. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you could possibly need. Nikola is a delightful host and came to meet us soon after we arrived. He made us feel very welcome and we felt completely at home. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in numerous apartments over the years but Pavle's Oasis has been BY FAR the best. If I could give it 11 out of 10 I would. Thank you, Nikola, for sharing your oasis with us. And for those of you reading this review, book it quickly. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic choice for staying in Virpuzar

This property really is an oasis and has everything you need and more. The host is very helpful and we can strongly recommend his cousin’s lake trip. We didn’t have a car and it is a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Perfect

Everything - it was perfect. Big comfortable space, exceptionally clean and a fantastic and helpful host who helped us with a number of things including a discounted taxi to the airport. About a 15 mins walk into town on a minor road - this didn't bother us but some people might feel a little exposed once it's dark but we always felt safe. The location is just stunning! A gorgeous little part of the world :)

Pavle’s Oasis is een AANRADER als je van rust houdt en zelf wil bepalen wanneer je de drukte opzoekt

Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het kleine, maar drukke centrum van Virpizar. Van de hectiek daar merk je in Pavle’s Oasis niets. De woning is ruim, compleet uitgerust en zeer schoon. De eigenaar is niet alleen vriendelijk, maar ook zéér behulpzaam. Een ‘must’ is de individuele 4 uur durende boottocht over het meer van Kotor verzorgd door de broer van de eigenaar. Een aanrader: rijd de panoramische routes richting Cetinje (3 routes) en Bar.

De inrichting is enigszins gedateerd, maar past ook wel bij de tijd die Montenegro heeft doorgemaakt. Wat ons enorm tegenviel was hoe meerdere Montegrijnen menen te moeten omgaan met hun schitterende natuur. Op vele ‘verlaten’ plekken dumpt men afval, complete bankstellen, koelkasten, meubels e.d. achter de vangrail of naast de overvolle vuilcontainers.

Rewelacja! Na takie miejsca Booking powinien mieć opcję oceny 11. W spokojnej okolicy, bardzo blisko Virpazaru. Super wyposażenie we wszystko co może być potrzebne w pokojach, kuchni i łazience. Wygodne łóżka, w każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja, WI-FI, ogród, taras... Bardzo miły i uczynny gospodarz. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez problemów.

Au top : notre meilleur hébergement au Monténégro

La communication avec Nikola est facile et efficace. Nous avons récupéré les clés dans une boite à clé, avec une petite vidéo envoyée en amont pour nous montrer le chemin à suivre. Nous avons eu 5 hébergements au Montenegro ; celui-ci arrive très largement en tête ! L'appartement est spacieux, propre, confortable, et hyper bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro onde..., vaisselle en quantité et de qualité). Les lits sont très confortables, le linge de lit et de toilette est propre et doux (je le précise, car ça n'a pas toujours été le cas lors de notre voyage). Nikola est très réactif, et prêt à nous aider, même quand nos demandes sont éloignées de problématiques touristiques (nous avons un pneu qui a explosé. Nikola nous a fourni les coordonnées d'un garagiste, qui est venu nous dépanner : en 3 heures, la roue était changée !) Nous avons profité, sur ses conseils, d'une sortie en bateau à l'aube (départ à 6:00), afin de profiter du lac Skadar avant la foule et la chaleur ; il s'est occupé de tout, prise en charge et retour à l'appartement. L'appartement dispose d'un jardin, d'un stationnement, et de 3 terrasses, et est entièrement climatisé (il faisait 39-40°C lors de notre séjour, la clim a été grandement appréciée). Il est très bien situé, à 15 mn à pied du village de Vispazar ; on est au calme, et il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour aller au village (dans lequel il est par ailleurs extrêmement difficile de se garer). Je recommande vivement cette location !

Eine Oase zum erholen.

Pavle's Oasis ist wirklich eine Oase. Sie liegt mitten im Grünen, abseits vom täglichen Trubel in Virpazar, aber trotzdem kann man den Ort zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, man fühlt sich wirklich wie zu Hause und der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Hier kann man total vom Alltag abschalten und runterkommen.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!
