The location

A little bit dark in the restroom. However it’s not a matter.

Genuinely a hidden gem of a property. Fantastic location, really nice decor, clean and fabulous air conditioning. Completely surpassed my expectations and we will 100% stay again. The management/ staff couldn’t do enough for us, including helping us store bags a week later after we returned from our cruise to kill time before the airport. Couldn’t recommend this enough.

Clean, cozy, comfortable large room. Good AC. Perfect location if you need a place on south beach. Oscar, the property manager was awesome.

Location was awesome.

Upon arrival, code that was sent for entry to room did not work. I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to get in touch with someone because there is no staff on location. Finally they answered the messages through booking. Then we woke up the first night and the room was 78 degrees, despite being set on 70. We contacted them at 0730, and they said someone would come at 0900. No one came. They stopped answering messages. I ended up calling booking.com around 1400 and they were able to get in touch with someone. Maintenance came around 30 minutes later. Maintenance told me I should have called immediately…. I informed him that I had notified the property earlier this morning and no one came. He said that they have maintenance on 24/7 so he didn’t understand why no one came- and he was never told. Entrance is awkward- and just an FYI- not handicap accessible. Lift to second floor where all the rooms are is out of order. Hallway was 85 degrees the entire time we were there.
