Big room. Location was perfect. Clean upon arrival. But that’s it. See below concerns that may or may not impact your stay:
1. Nobody cleans the room. Stayed for 7 nights. Not once did they clean the room. Clean replacement towels are in the lobby.
2. The AC restarts every 2 or so minutes, so the room temp is not constant. I woke up several times every night because of the warm temp inside the room. Unless you wanna sleep without the sheets. Not a good night sleep. You also need earplugs as the room is only on the 2nd floor along a somewhat busy street.
3. Staff lied. Misled information provided to guests. 3 days prior my arrival I asked if there are mugs, utensils and electric kettle available, staff replied that there are in the common area where the microwave is. Upon arrival, there was nothing. Just the microwave.
4. TERRIBLE CHECK IN. I only got the entry code to the front door and my room at 18:00, I arrived at 17:00. They did not provide me the checkin info way ahead of my arrival despite knowing my arrival time days ahead. I need to call Agoda, been on hold for 30mins, talked to 2 agents before I got a hold of them. They are unresponsive. When the staff called me, they were giving excuses that they already sent the info a day before but claimed that Agoda sent it via my *** which is completely ridiculous because I booked it in Agoda. Mind you, I waited in front of the door for almost an hour in a 34degree SoBe heat. I needed to go to the resto next door for some shade.
I would not stay here again as you will find although smaller room but better experience in the same price points in SoBe. This place should not label itself as a hotel.

Just 1 block from the beach, clean and easy to access. There are also chairs for you to bring to the beach, lovely.
Just mind with the stair if you have big luggages, no water and coffee machine.
