Staff friendly & courteous, roof top pool-great, complimentary electric bikes use wonderful, happy hour pleasurable…
Not enjoyable was 2am toilet issues, also carpeting in hallways was filthy & grossly stained.

Location and hotel in general was nice.
I had a delivery arrive after I’d left. I asked them via email to return to sender but after saying they would initially they have not replied to any of my emails and the $200 perfume as far as I know has not been returned - but I wouldn’t know cos they’re not replying anymore
