If you looking for a property that is on the South Beach strip then the location is great. Rooms have all the basics and is well maintained. There is some helpful staff especially morning time.
The breakfast was very limited with no options for us with dietary restrictions. Check in is at 16:00 and check out at 11:00. When we requested a 1 hour late check out we received no accommodation. Evening staff are unwelcoming and grumpy. Seemed reluctant to help.

The hotel features welcoming vibe , gorgeous , great lighting, a tasty breakfast, loved the room, it was roomy, cool, a comfortable bed, a great location, and friendly staff.

Location and spacious penthouse apartment
Noisy AC (especially when sleeping on the sofa bed), shower leaks, and hair dryer needs more power

Was placed on floor 3. Noise from upstairs 4th floor PH guests was awful. Every step and chair move was easily heard through the ceiling. Stay away from floor 3. Windows were filthy and small. Ocean view? Really pushing it.
