Location, friendly and helpful staff, clean
Very noisy, the 5 am construction made sleeping in pretty difficult. Also, we returned to our room once and the cleaning staff did not properly close the door, not sure how long the door was left open but that was not good.

Great location and a nicely renovated building, but extremely noisy.
Staff was helpful.
Every time anyone in the hotel showers, it sounds like drilling on the roof — it’s the geyser system. We complained and asked to move rooms but were told the hotel was full. We had two rooms on different floors and both had the same issue, so it’s clearly a hotel-wide problem.
You hear everything: street noise, people outside, loud air-con. You can’t sleep with the air-con on, and without it, it’s still noisy.
Breakfast was included but not worth it at all. Advertised as Mediterranean, but it was cold hard-boiled eggs, bread, croissants — nothing fresh.
