We stayed in penthouse suite no.2. This had an open plan kitchen area / living room, separate bedroom with en-suite. The real gem for this room was the extensive balcony overlooking ocean drive with views down to the beach and sea. Could not be in a better location close to great variety of restaurants, go north for the more tourist restaurants, and south for the more refined restaurants which do have a $$$ premium, (Stubborn Seed, Forte Del Marmi, Prime 112) Breakfast was included in the price of the room which was fine self service with a selection of cereal, bread, yogurt and a hot offering. Staff were very helpful and polite, cleaning was very good with fresh towels and evening turn down service and bottles of water and treats. The balcony had table and 4 chairs, 2 large padded chairs, 2 sun loungers and 2 large parasols. Sun lounger covers and towels can be picked up from the pool deck on level 5.
The vast majority of the facilities were good. Some elements in the room were in need to upgrading. Hooks in the bathroom were not tight, the doors the the wardrobe were missing, the shower temperature control had the tendency to rotate to the bottom position (we did find a way to restrict movement by placing the hose against it). The breakfast was fine but the use of plastic knives and forks was a bit less than I would have imagined for this level of hotel. These are minor niggles and did not impact our enjoyment of the hotel.

The property is right across from the beach on a main strip. The room we chose was facing the ocean, with a balcony. Room was comfortable & very clean.
The pool area is a little dated but ok. I believe the hotel is older but well kept. Staff was very polite from checking in & out & valet was nice too.

Management her name was Jessica and she was amazing
I got some charges that I wasn’t too happy about especially one of them being in a cancellation charge that I was unaware of because I never canceled anything and also a couple other charges
