Busy & noisy street on Ocean Dr in front of the sand and just a 10 min walk to Lincoln Rd Mall. This apartment features a small 2 burner cooktop, fridge, and toaster as well as Keruig coffee machine.
Location is key when it comes to staying in South Beach and you cannot be better situated than in front of the beach.
**** We offer early 12pm check ins for a fee of $65 or a complimentary 3pm check in.
This is all based on weather or not we have a guest checking out the same day as your check in. Please reach to us 24hr/48hr prior to your arrival so that we can confirm the availability.
The hotel can hold your luggage with bellhop for free
We recommend to guarantee an early check in is to book the previous night so that you can check in anytime the day of your arrival.
Guest access
Your reservations allows you full access to the hotel Pool on the rooftop of the building.
Food delivery is allowed and must be recovered at the front desk.
The hotel offers Beach towels with a $10 cash deposit per towel. Deposit is refunded once beach towels are returned to the front desk.

STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY . Any smoking in the apartment you will be charged your full $500 deposit.
Please remove all trash from apartment in place in the trash chute down the hallway cat check out.
Any damages and or stains to sheets or linens will incur additional charge. Stained sheets is NOT covered by cleaning fee.
Our management staff is allowed to access your unit at any time in the event of an emergency ( i.e. flood , fire ). We will of course reach out to our guests prior to accessing the unit and also knock before we enter. If we do not receive a response we will be obligated to enter in order to control the emergency.
In the event of a smaller issue ( i.e. water leak, mechanical malfunction ) which will damage the unit if not addressed we will reach out to our guests. If we do not receive a response within 1 hour we will enter to assess the situation. As always we will knock before entering.
If there is any malfunction / issues within the apartment during your stay please do not attempt to repair yourself. Do not tamper with the circuit breaker box or any other equipment. Please reach out to us and we will send our qualified team to repair.
Parking on south beach is complicated, and cars are towed quickly. If your apartment comes with parking please make sure to park in the designated areas . If you are unsure of parking please reach out to us prior to parking your car.
We do not allow packages to be sent prior to a guest checking in. Also if any packages are received after your check out they will be discarded.
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items inside the apartment.

If you're looking for a place to stay in the middle of SOBE action, this definitely fits the bill and that is what we were looking for. This facility is NOT for people looking for a quiet relaxing time. The rooms are situated directly over the Palace drag bar/restaurant with shows starting in the morning and continuing to midnight. The roof top pool has great view and a full bar playing EDM through midnight.I get it, you're staying there for the location, but...The rooms were average and in need of some basic upkeep. C404's floors needed replacement, one of the bathroom double doors was off the track and was being held up by a single screw. The direct TV kept cutting out and had to be rebooted constantly. C405 also needs new flooring, the sliding balcony door had to be manhandled to open & close, and the dishwasher knob was missing and would not open. The listing indicated not to use the handheld shower head. Come on, spend 20 bucks on a new one.As for facility: There is no ice machine available; you need to go down to the first floor and ask the front desk to get you a bag of ice from the lounge downstairs. I would suggest getting ice trays for future patrons.The elevator picks and chooses which floor it wants to land on. You have better luck using the stairs each time you go to and from your room.All in all great location with the rooms getting an average rating.
