Would stay here again with all the facilities you would expect from
a resort, various pools, bars, beachfront cafe etc.
Would recommend an upstairs room. Ours was a little noisy on ground floor, also quite dark.

The hotel is very well located in the mean street near all the attractions and the beach can’t be a better location Amazing for the location and the price room was so big pool was small but fine as there is a beach stuff very friendly there is a daily cleaning two bottles of waters daily free Beach chairs and towels and even we asked for a plug for the charger they give us they are very friendly every thing was amazing bars restaurant and fast food supermarkets in a walking distance public bus from the hotel to airports

Extensive list of concerns:
1) Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned once during our 7 night stay. Only bed was made and towels (most days).
2) Toilet paper not restocked 2/7 days, so we had to go to the reception to get it.
3) Room key reader in elevator and room door didn’t work properly. Several attempts were needed, sometimes 10 times before one could get the key to work!
4) Requested hand lotion to the front desk several times, it was never delivered despite them saying “it will be sent to your room” every time.
5) Bed sheets had stains.
