Great hotel. Very attentive staff. Excellent housekeeping service.
Rock music everywhere. At the pool, at breakfast. Everywhere. People can wear headsets if they want to hear music. I wanted to read, or talk, and loud rock music everywhere all the time made it impossible.

The hotel is in a good location and is a lovely historic building.
We hardly slept as there is a noisy generator sound going all night outside. We were room 105, which had a horrible outlook onto a back street. I complained at the front desk and left my email as I was told the Manager would be in contact but a week has passed and I’ve heard nothing apart from a review request. Really disappointing and the lack of sleep from the noise, following a 10 hour flight from London really spoilt our Miami experience.
