Gosia, Hilda, and Pam delivered excellent customer service. Breakfast was served between 8:30 and 10:30. This property is conveniently located near Miami Beach, a restaurant, and the Publix grocery store.

Location, visiting relatives made it super convenient! I loved staying in the # 7 cottage. Nice and quiet!The custom made breakfasts were amazing!
People are allowed to smoke on the premises. In the this day and age it’s unbelievable that people still smoke!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would gladly come back again.
The absolute highlight was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always approachable, happy to chat, and offered great recommendations. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality really made a difference and were definitely the strongest point of our stay.
The room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed — nothing was missing. Everything was simple but comfortable and perfectly sufficient.
The location is also very good — about a 15-minute walk to Ocean Drive and the beach, which makes it convenient while still being in a quieter area.
Overall, a very pleasant experience that we truly appreciated.

Cosying feeling nice staff good location
Communication was hopeless pre arrival.
The rooms has no functioning heating only 16 degrees.
