    Very Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly We had a very bad experience at this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families with young children. Our stay started off poorly with incorrect directions to the hotel. We ended up walking half a mile in 32°C heat with a 1-year-old baby and luggage. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she showed zero concern. There is no ramp for a stroller if you’re heading from reception to building 3, which makes it incredibly inconvenient for parents. The elevator is tiny—barely fits two people with a small bag. Our room was very small and had a bad smell. The AC was almost useless, barely cooling and so loud that our kids had trouble sleeping. There was no kettle to boil water for baby formula. When we asked the reception, they told us to use the coffee machine (which didn’t even work!). We called five times for help—no one came. We had booked for 3 nights but checked out a day early. It was just too uncomfortable to sleep or feed our kids. We didn’t even bother asking for a refund because it was clear the staff just didn’t care. The bathroom was tiny, the exhaust fan didn’t work, and it got so humid it smelled like a sauna. The mirror was peeling, and even the room lock was faulty—sometimes it wouldn’t latch, leaving the room open. As for the $8 stale black coffee, that just summed it all up. The only thing decent about this place is the location, but honestly, there are plenty of better options on the same street. Save yourself the trouble—don’t stay here.

    The bathroom had hairs on the shampoo bottles, you can hear very loud music from the street and the windows don’t really close it out.. the AC makes SO MUCH NOISE I couldn’t sleep with it at night, the sides of the bed are so sharp me and my sister cut ourselves on it.. there is a little plastic thing on it but it doesn’t really help. The blinds on the window don’t shut out the light and we would wake up super early from the bright light that we just couldn’t shut out.. we put things up against the curtain each night so it would help a little.. the staff was nice and the pool was nice but that was about it.. if I would have payed less maybe all these things wouldn’t have bothered me that much, but for the price we paid we expected more..
