Location is what sold the stay to us. We like to walk so having beaches and SoBe lunch/dinner spots close is our preference. The room was very big, a little apartment honestly, which always helps to feel relaxed. Nice catch on clean beach towels everyday.
The bathroom could use some reno: the sink was very uncomfortable as the water was exiting only on one side and was quite impossible to use.

The location was the best part of the stay, very convenient and close to everything in South Beach. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and main attractions
Unfortunately, the room itself was very outdated and not well maintained. It felt old and worn, and cleanliness was a major issue, especially under the bed, which was extremely dirty. The biggest problem, however, was the noise. The soundproofing is almost nonexistent. You can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, above, beside, and in the hallway.
