    Apartment was tood, got an upgrade to 3rd floor. Desk manager was great and friendly. Good size apartment, not perfect as needs some tlc. Only issue is they charged me $25 after inoeft without any reason so ive asked for it tonbe refunded

    This was my 4 time staying at the Fritz. Perfect location great beach view and steps away from a lot of great restaurants. Will definitely be back

    I chose this hotel because of the high ratings and beautiful photos online, but the real experience was very disappointing. The room was clean, however the entire hotel feels old and poorly maintained. The furniture was heavily worn, the bathroom was outdated, the shower only had lukewarm water, and the toilet did not flush properly. We stayed for two nights, and when I asked about housekeeping, I was told they do not clean rooms daily for short stays. Even for a couple of days, the stay was uncomfortable. It was especially upsetting because I booked this hotel for my birthday trip and expected a much better experience.
