Location
The key to the room did not work. Since no one is on staff after 10:00PM we could not get help. I called the number I had from obtaining a code for late check in and was able to have the person come to rescue us. It took over an hour to have it resolved.

I was presently surprised.
The motel itself is fair, no fancy stuff.
Clean and NO bugs :)
Suzie at the reception is very sweet and helpful.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special.

Property was perfect location for us, in the midst of Art Deco District, one block away from the beautiful Lummus Park where we enjoyed long walks along the Ocean. It's a block from noisy bustle of Ocean Dr. Our room was nice, comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. The staff Alejandro, Doris and Stephanie were very the best, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was delightful.
The king size bed was way too soft for our taste. The bed sheets did not fit properly and did not stay on the bed.

Breakfast was a basic one (continental) but OK to start your day. Staff was really helpful in assisting in any way possible for any requirements we needed. The location was excellent, close to the beach and shops.
Room was not that comfortable, even though it was a queen bed, the middle section of the bed felt like it was going to swallow you. Also, room and bathroom were not clean enough and all amenities described in the description of the hotel were not available at ones, bur upon request. We arrived before 9pm and the main gate was closed, since it does NOT have a 24hrs front desk, and if you get there later than 10pm, they will charge you with a late check-in fee. This was not commented in the description, which would help us decide another place to stay in case we got there later.
