A very pleasant and tidy apartment in close proximity to the Chateau itself so there is no need to rush exploring the grounds and also great for early morning and evening walks in the gardens. The property is good value for money.

Location and parking

A better explanation how to get to parking. Pull out couch was in one word awful. Don’t sleep on it. It states an app for 4 but only two old hard towels available. Shower without curtain so the bathroom will be a pool after your shower. Location is great.

its central location.

access instructions to the accommodation parking/accommodation and key really confusing and stressful, due to poor communication with the owner. It hadn't been cleaned before our arrival despite booking in advance and arriving at the appointed check-in time. Noisy at all hours, due to its location in large apartment complex full of families with young children - if you want quiet and relaxing this is not the place for you. an expensive option for a one-night stay - not value for money.

The only drawback was some anxiety about the damage deposit process. It turned out ok no problem, but it was a bit uncertain until the day.

A Tricky Review!

This apartment has a superb location, great parking, and as long as you’re happy to eat out, enough basic facilities for a short stay. We loved a lot about it, however, it was NOT clean. On arriving and using the bathroom, we were aware of hair on the floor and in the bath. On further inspection, we found the bedding hadn’t been changed from the last visitors, and the pillows were (sorry!) really smelly. So much so, I used my coat as a pillow! We spent about an hour using the cleaning supplies to bring it upto a standard that we felt comfortable with, stripped the bed (which had no mattress or pillow protectors on) and remade with linen we found in a drawer. The photographs clearly show how filthy the floors were - so much dirt, fluff and hair. We also had issues getting into the apartment because the English translated instructions were incorrect. Having spent about 30 mins trying to get the key safe open, including sending a message to the owners which didn’t get a response, we decided to Google translate the French version to find the keys weren’t in there anyway! Just disappointing and so easily avoided. We contacted the owners again on finding the flat dirty and they offered to have the cleaners back in the following day, which we declined as we had already cleaned the apartment and changed the bedding. They did leave two replacement pillows for us which were better but not new which would have been preferable. Finally, there were no instructions on how to leave the parking area, so when we checked out, we were stuck as the barrier needed a key fob. Luckily there was a maintenance man who helped us, after being stuck there for about 10 mins! Overall - could be such a find but given our experience, we wouldn’t recommend this place which is a real shame. It has so much going for it but as paying guests, we would expect better.

Perfect place to stay in Versaille

Perfect location - a one-way, low-traffic street, next at the corner of the Versailles Kastle (5 mins walk), overlooking an inner courtyard leading to super-calm stay and offering easy walks around the city center. The market is open until late on Thursdays-Fridays (and Sundays) - great atmosphere and food!

Cleaning fee is included in the price but each room was full of hair and dust while the guest is also requested to do cleaning (taking off bed-linen, emptying the bin etc) + 500 euro deposit can only be paid via one method + requested check-in info in advance but only got it last minute + kitchen is not well-equipped (e.g, 2 plates only, no basic ingredients).

Pas de wifi, pas de réseau et le pire surtout c’est que la femme de ménage est entrée dans l’appartement à 11h20 alors que le départ devait se faire à 12h00. Le proprio a rejette toute faute sur moi alors que j’ai toutes les preuves que le départ devait se faire à 12h j’ai jamais vu une femme de ménage faire le ménage pendant qu’on était encore la et le pire dans tout ça c’est qu’il m’a menacé de relever une partie de ma caution car je lui ai dit que j’allais en parler à booking inadmissible

Versailles à deux pas.

À deux minutes du château, à 5 minutes de la gare de RER pour aller à Paris passer la journée et facile d’accès pour se rendre à l’aéroport pour notre dernière journée de voyage. Nos hôtes étaient exceptionnels, réponse rapide, serviables et aidants. Le stationnement est sécuritaire. C’était parfait.

L’emplacement de cet appartement était parfait pour nous avec un parking privé très agréable. Bonne literie.

Appartement prévu pour quatre personnes, nous n’étions que deux Mais malheureusement, un gros manque de vaisselle, dommage pour un logement soi-disant entier. Si vous mangez au restaurant tous les jours c’est parfait. Sinon il faut prévoir plein de choses, Il serait bien de rajouter par exemple des torchons, et un tire-bouchon, une planche à découper, un couteau qui coupe etc. il y a un four mais aucun plat pour mettre dedans. Enfin bref un peu juste en vaisselle. Très dommage.
