Expected better from the advertising.

The position was good, as was the size of the apartment

The bedsheets were not clean and not ironed. The clean sheets were still on the washing line outside. The shower head is faulty/broken. The soap dispenser was basically empty. The towel rail looks like it’s about to fall off. 4 pairs of dirty flip flops were left scattered across the living room entrance. Cleanliness left something to be desired. Disappointed is the word!

Great apartment. Great location.

Great location. Tram stop into Athens Centre is right outside and about €2 for a 24 hour ticket. Also tram stop opposite takes you all along the Athenian Riviera. Edem Fish restaurant opposite is amazing with stunning views. The beach is clean and the sea is crystal clear. Apartment is really spacious and exceptionally comfortable with everything you need. Some noise from the main road but nothing too bad. Supermarket just opposite for all your essentials. Definitely a good base with great transport links. The X96 Airport shuttle stops just along the front outside Poseidon Hotel and is around €6. Would definitely recommend this place. 👌

So when you get to the front of the building it isn't the prettiest looking place. The lobby is a bit shabby and needs a good lick of paint but once you get into the apartment you can totally see past that. I'd say don't judge a book by its cover. The apartment balconies don't get the sun and there's no outdoor furniture which is a shame, although you are just directly facing other apartments.

Dissapointed

location - close to shops , beach and public transport. Spacious kitchen and living room (nice soft couch!). Flat is on the 2nd floor and it has an elevator.

We could not open the building door (had to wait for more than hour on arrival for the host to answer/help - ended up ringing all the doorbells until someone came to unlock. Issues persisted for the duration of the stay e g we had to ring the lovely Neighbour to open for us. Flat was scattered with post it notes 'AC doesnt work', pls turn off power etc.. Main room A/C was not working and it did not get fixed for the duration of our stay - just a post it note stuck to the wall saying it was leaking dont use :( . luckily it was not too hot by the time we came home at night. Place was not very clean and the laundry room still had a pile of dirty laundry on top of the washing machine. Host would not answer her phone not once! - on day 3 ( i think) the toilet stopped flushing - host sent me pictures how to open and fix it myself. Some of the towels were not washed, there was clutter and rubbish under the bathroom sink (used single use gloves etc) Pretty disappointed.

Za pośrednictwem booking.com wynajmuję apartamenty od wielu lat. To jest moja pierwsza negatywna opinia, za to wystawiana z pełnym przekonaniem – gdyby można było wystawiać ujemne punkty, to bym to zrobiła. Do lokalu dotarliśmy nocą po 15 godz. drodze samochodem. Jedyne o czym marzyliśmy, to kąpiel i sen. Okazało się, że nie można się wykąpać, ponieważ nie działa prysznic. Napisałam rano do w właściciela, że jest taki problem i nie wyobrażam sobie mieszkania przez kilka dni 4 osób bez możliwości umycia – proszę o anulowanie tej rezerwacji i zwrot kosztów, gdyż musimy pilnie poszukać innego noclegu. Czekałam na odpowiedź długo – kilka godzin, w międzyczasie interweniował również konsultant booking – również bezskutecznie. Musiałam pilnie znaleźć inne mieszkanie. Krótka odpowiedź właściciela, że „prysznic działa” przyszła jak już się wyprowadziliśmy i zostawiliśmy klucze. Nie mieliśmy możliwości zweryfikowania tego, gdyż nas tam już nie było. Mam natomiast film z nieudanych prób odkręcenia przez nas wody pod prysznicem. Oprócz tego, po pobieżnym rozejrzeniu się po mieszkaniu uznałam, że do tej pory nie trafiliśmy do tak brudnego mieszkania - stan czystości i wyposażenia pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Łóżka wyglądały, jakby przed nami były używane (zdjęcia pokazują stan, jaki zastaliśmy, a nie po naszej nocy), „czysta” pościel na zmianę w szufladzie wygląda jak brudna szmata, pościel i ręczniki z poliestru, uniemożliwiającego porządne wypranie w wyższej temperaturze, brak zasłonek, kurz na lampie, brudna kabina prysznicowa (z której nie mieliśmy możliwości skorzystać), deska do krojenia chleba na zdjęciu. Bardzo zdecydowanie odradzam wszystkim korzystanie z tego miejsca. Dodatkowo uważam, że właściciel zachował się nieuczciwie nie chcąc nam zwrócić kosztów – konieczność wyprowadzki nie była z naszej winy, lecz z powodu stanu apartamentu - co mamy udokumentowane. Wybór tego miejsca kosztował nas nie dość, że finansowo, to również dużo stresu i nerwów. Nie polecam!

Lokalizacja obiektu swietna!!!! Tramwaj Nr 6 do prawie samego centrum/okolo kilometra trzeba przejsc do Parlamentu lub dojechac 2 stacje metrem /tramwaj 7 do Pireusu. Autobus X96 z lotniska pod prawie sam apartament /200 m trzeba dojsc/ 200 m do sklepu spozywczego, piekarni, ok 300 do kawiarenek i swietnego gyrosa. Zeby dojsc do fajnej piaszczystej plazy trzeba przejsc tylko przez ulice.POLECAM!!!

Zrywajacy sie internet, a tym samym i TV, chociaz duzo kanałow w Tv. Troche zdekompletowane talerze i garnki w kuchni/ to gosodarze mogliby poprawic/

Bon emplacement avec les commodités et transports en commun à proximité. Appartement spacieux et literie confortable.

Manque de vaisselle, seulement le strict minimum, et la plaque à induction n’est pas efficace. Serviettes éponges de mauvaise qualité. Il n’y a pas Netflix si vous n’utilisez pas votre propre abonnement, annonce erronée :-/

Kısaca daire oldukça kirliydi, temizlenmemişti. Ev sahibi ise oldukça kabaydı.

Tesisin iyi olan iki özelliği vardı: Birincisi konum olarak çok iyiydi, tramvay duraklarına ve Faliro sahiline çok yakındı. İkincisi ise ısıtma sistemi çok güzel çalışıyordu, daire sıcaktı

Her şeyden önce biz gitmeden temizlik filan yapılmamıştı. Yerdeki toz ve çöpler bir yana, banyo da kir içerisindeydi. Kullanılmış sabunlar, diş fırçaları bile olduğu gibi duruyordu. Yatak odasında da bizi başka bir süpriz bekliyordu: çarşaf ve yastıklarda saç telleri vardı. Hemen temiz çarşaf takımı talep ettik ama aldığımız cevap dolapta temizlerin de olduğu, onları kullanabileceğimizdi. Dolaptaki çarşaflar ise hiç temiz izlenimi vermiyordu, ayrıca buruşuktu. Bunu dile getirince ev sahibimiz ertesi gün temizlik için birini göndereceğini ama bizim yüzümüzden iki kez temizlik parası ödemek zorunda kalacağını söyledi. Kendisine evin zaten bir kez bile temizlenmemiş olduğumu belirttiğimde de bunu asla kabul etmedi ki kendisinin Çin’de evin ise Atina’da olduğunu düşünürsek şahsen kontrol etmiş olması imkansız.. Ayrıca bizi çok titiz olmakla suçladı, bu kadar titizsek otelde kalmamız gerektiğini belirtti. Sonuç olarak ertesi gün temizlikçiyi gönderdi ama temiz çarşaflar asla gelmedi. İlk izlenim bu kadar kötüyken ne rahat rahat mutfağı kullanabildik ne kanepeye oturabildik. Bizim için çok önemli olmamakla birlikte televizyonda kanallar oynamıyordu, Netflix var denmesine rağmen olan sadece uygulama, kendi şifremizle giriş yapıp izledik. Kısaca dairenin hem temizlenmemiş olması hem de ev sahibinin kabalığı kabul edilemez. Bu tesisi asla tavsiye etmem. Tesise varışımızda çektiğim fotoğrafları ekliyorum

Diie Lage am Meer ist super für Spaziergänge auf der Strandpromenade und am Strand selbst. Verkehrsanbindung mit Strassenbahnlinie 6 (Zentrum Syntagma-Platz - 1/2 Std, Linie 7 mit 1/2 Std. zum Piräus: nett zum Durchwandern oder Fähren für Tagesausflüge - Ägina!). Anbindung zum Flughafen ebenfalls gut mittels Flughafen-Express-Bus Linie X97 bzw X96 (Preis 5,5€, ca 1 Std Fahrzeit: Ticket am Flughafen-Schalter bei der Einstiegsstelle Bus am Flughafen oder am Ticket- Automat bei Ein- / Ausstiegsstation bei der Unterkunft ist EDEM, Fahrten ca. 30-Min.-Takt) Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen, ist auch gut mit Zubehör ausgestattet (Kochutensilien, Handtücher, Toilett-Artikel). Im Winter wichtig: funktionierende Zentralheizung ebenfalls da.Check-in mittels KeyBox unproblematisch, Kommunikation nit Unterkunftgeber/in lief ok.

Ein bis zwei Wäschestücke hätten etwas sauberer sein können, aber nix dramatisches, die WC-Spülung (Wassernachlauf) kann klemmen, was mittels eines leicht auch von Laien rasch zu bewerkstellingenden Handgriffs raschest behebbar ist - das hat uns nicht weiter gestört und sahen wir nicht - angesichts der überwiegenden Vorteile der räumlich grosszügigen und auch ruhigen Wohnung - als reklamierenswert an, weshalb wir gerne wider diese Unterkunft für einen Athen-Aufenthalt buchen werden.
