The apartment was excellent - very well-equipped, clean, modern, lovely balcony. The beds were really comfortable, lovely shower and kitchen. Superb location too. Two supermarkets a couple of minutes away, the beach 5 minute walk, a lovely taverna at the top of the street and a tram stop just around the corner.

Ottima struttura, fornita di tutto nel minimo dettaglio ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città e godere del mare. Alex ha organizzato i trasfert ed è un padrone di casa eccellente.

The apartment is big, accomodates a family or a small group (one master bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds alongside the living room which has a sofa which cannot be extended - this was not an issue for us), extremely well equipped and very clean! There is an xbox with games that can be used, flat screen tv, sandwich maker, nespresso coffee machine.. everything you may think of, this apartment definitely has it! Even razors and shaving cream if you need it in the master bathroom… I was very impressed all around!

Alex was ontzettend behulpzaam en reageerde snel op berichten, ondanks dat we hem nooit persoonlijk hebben ontmoet vanwege het zelf inchecken. Hij was flexibel en liet ons zelfs later uitchecken omdat we een middagvlucht hadden — dat hebben we echt gewaardeerd. Daarom geef ik Alex een dikke 10!
Het appartement zelf was oké, maar helaas erg gehorig. We konden de buren duidelijk horen, wat behoorlijk storend was. De laatste nacht konden we zelfs niet slapen vanwege veel lawaai van de buren tot 4:00 uur in de ochtend.
Wat ons het meest heeft geraakt, gebeurde op de eerste avond. Rond 20:00 uur waren we op weg naar buiten en spraken we onderweg in de gang met elkaar op normale toon. Plotseling begon een man vanuit zijn appartement keihard en agressief te schreeuwen dat we stil moesten zijn, dat het geen hotel was en dat we niet in de gang mochten praten. In plaats van ons vriendelijk aan te spreken, klonk hij intimiderend en boos. We schrokken ons kapot en voelden ons meteen niet welkom, terwijl we juist dachten rustig te zijn.
Wat het nog vreemder maakte, is dat we op andere dagen juist veel mensen in de gang hoorden praten met harde stemmen, zonder dat iemand daar iets van zei.
Helaas kan ik door de slechte geluidsisolatie en de nare sfeer in het gebouw niet meer dan een 2 geven voor de omgeving. Maar nogmaals: Alex zelf was top.
