The property felt like home because all the facilities were there. Street parking was easy. Nice large airy rooms. A very good supermarket round the corner as well bakery. Easy walk to the beach.

We loved staying in this flat, it was spacious, comfortable and well located but also quiet.

Nicely decorated, super clean, older flat. Loved the location near to the tram which goes directly into the city, near shops, the beach, lovely tavernas, etc. Loved the decorations which made it feel like home.

Slightly dated older bathroom and kitchen, but there was everything you needed.

No hot water in the bathroom, needs more attention to cleanliness there. We found out later at the time of check out on the instruction how to get hot water. No Dryer in the premises only washing machine.

Great apartment in a great location

The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning effective, the furnishings attractive, the kitchen well stocked (including a bottle of wine in the fridge!), apartment was roomy, loved the roll-down shutters on the sliding glass doors that darkened the room. Washing machine a huge plus! Easy access to the beach and restaurant at Edem and Athens was an easy 30 min tram ride away.

It was all great! The only negative was carrying my heavy suitcase up the spiral staircase.

The bathroom ceiling is very low. I had to duck in the shower & it was very uncomfortable The queen bed wasn’t really comfortable. Maybe because I’m use to a plush mattress, I kept waking up to try finding a comfortable position

Great place to stay in Palaiofaliro

Everything was perfect : very clean, comfortable beds, completely furnished and very well located. The host was also very responsive and available.

Unfortunately the previous guests were heavily smokers and this left a bad smell in the apartment which otherwise is extremely clean and sanitised.
