Excellent location, free and available parking at any time, safe and beautiful neighborhood, close to tram station (easy access to Athens city center), close to the beach. Great host.

Good price and good location, would stay again (but without working)

The apartment is small and could use small improvements and better cleaning (specially the bed and sofa covers). Communication was a bit spaced but I manage to solve the things I asked help with. The apartment has a boiler that can only be on for 20min. My strategy was to turn off before entering the shower. Other than that, it was very nice. Location is perfect: close to the sea and markets and small simple Restaurants and easy access to city center (30min - 40min, dependind on where in the center you are going. The apartment is on 6th floor, so fairly quiet. I saw some people complaning about the bed (that is an open sofa seems like), but for me it was very confortable. Floor and kitchen were clean once I arrived. The washing machine is a great plus. Kitchen is small but good enough to cook small meals (breakfast, for example). They offer 2 towels and this was confortable for me. Overall, it's simple and works well. WiFi is not reliable. For the price and location, I consider it's very ok. I would stay there again (specially if I would not need to work and only enjoy vacation days, since WiFi was not reliable and I had issues while working from the place, specially video calls).

Need to wait 20min to take a shower due to boiler, but it was not a big issue for me. Bed and sofa covers were not super clean when I arrived, maybe they need to change the laundry, the bed sheets were ok. There was no remote control for the AC but I manage to use even so. In short, there was nothing that was really bad. Everything ok or contornable. I would stay there again. Good price and good location. I traveled alone and felt safe.

Nice (Amazing) Studio Next To The Sea

We are so happy to have found Agata’s wonderful property. We stayed for 10 days and couldn’t ask for any more, we had a great time. Clean accommodation with plenty of extras that made our stay very comfortable. For example there was a beach parasol and ice blocks provided, perfect for beach days!

No complaints at all! A great place that we will definitely be returning to!

Great accommodation

The property was close to both local public transport and the tourist hop on and off bus. The flat was neat and tidy and had great simplistic facilities (eg . Cooktop, kettle and fridge) small apartment however if your in Greece to travel is the perfect place to rest after a day out.

Нам очень понравилось расположение студии. На 6м этаже, но с лифтом, парадная закрывается. Студия чистая, кровать удобная. Все есть, не было ничего, чего бы нам не хватило. Да, стиральная машина маленькая, но нам с лихвой хватало. В некоторых отзывах читали про проблемы с бойлером, но у нас их не было. Включали на 15 минут, потом шли мыться и воды в душе хватало на двоих и на утро вода была еще теплой. Балкон небольшой, столик для завтрака туда не поместиться, но посидеть утроим, послушать пение птиц можно) Дом расположен в 5 минутах пешком от пляжа, остановок транспорта. Рядом кафе, супермаркет.

Fiyat performans olarak düşünürsek; çok rahat ve konforlu bir konaklamaydı.

Konum olarak hem güzel hem de güvenli bir bölge. Etrafında marketler, restoranlar mevcut. Denize yakın ama şehir merkezine de tramvayla yarım saatte ulaşmak mümkün. Üstelik tramvay durağı eve çok yakın. Havaalanından ulaşması çok kolay, tek otobüsle gelinebiliyor. Pire limanı da tek otobüsle ulaşılabilir mesafede. Ev sahibimizin asistanı Irina bizi çok sıcak karşıladı ve çok güzel ilgilendi. Ev, çarşaflar ve eşyalar temizdi. Klima, internet, buzdolabı, ocak sorunsuz çalışıyordu.

Yatak biraz daha rahat olabilir. Özellikle yastıklar çok fazla yumuşak ve aşırı alçak. Koltuk üstüne serilmiş ince bir ped yerine normal bir yatak daha kullanışlı olabilir. Bunun dışında açıkçası hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.

Нам понравилось расположение, наличие кухни, стиральной машины и холодильника. Был фен, гладильная доска, капсульная кофе машина. Но были минусы которые мешали комфортному проживанию.

Начнем с горячей воды в номере. Тут на дверях ванной комнаты и на входной двери стоит четкое правило, что бойлер нельзя оставлять включенным, нам сообщил хозяин объекта что это может привести к пожару. Я считаю что нельзя сдавать пожароопасные объекты людям для размещения. Итак, чтобы согреть воду для душа, нужно было по инструкции включать бойлер на 15 минут. Это не срабатывало, бойлер не успевает нагреть воду за это время, и мы почти все время мылись в холодной воде, уже привыкли к этому. Лишь однажды оставив бойлер включенным на 25 минут вода была еле теплая. Дальше, в квартире находится стиральная машина, в которую не помещается больше 3-4 вещей. К стиральной машине не было порошка, хотя бы самый дешевый можно было бы и оставить для пользования. Была капсульная кофе машина которая пахла плесенью с зелеными следами на баке с водой, явно ее никто не мыл. И все же за ту сумму которую мы заплатили за 7 дней проживания, хотелось бы чтобы хотя бы пару капсул кофе присутствовали в шкафу, элементарный комплимент который стоит 2 евро в магазине. Подушки которые были не для сна, были не постираны и воняли чем то грязным, как будто чьи то засохшие слюни были на них. Это не позволительно, я не знаю откуда такой высокий рейтинг у объекта, но я на это не могу закрыть глаза, так как для меня очень важна чистота и гигиена. В доме где находится объект, соседи делают ремонт почти каждый день. Мы просыпались в 7 утра от звука дрели, который продолжался до 10 утра. Сна нормального из-за этого не было. Греция и так живет начиная с вечера, так тут надо было ложиться спать в 10 чтобы выспаться на ОТДЫХЕ до 7 утра. Жаль, но впечатление осталось плохое.
