L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Palaio Faliro ed a 30 minuti circa dal centro di Atene, ben collegato col Tram e vari autobus. E' facilmente raggiungibile dall'aereoporto con il bus X96 che ferma a pochi passi di distanza. A 3 minuti a piedi si trova anche un supermercato AB molto ben fornito. L'appartamento è molto pulito ed esattamente come in foto. E' veramente completo di tutto il necessario (saponi, prodotti pulizie, cibo, caffè, elettrodomestici, carta igienica, asciugamani, lenzuola di ricambio, asciugamani spiaggia, ecc.) Il condizionatore è nuovo e veramente efficiente. Il luogo è silenzioso. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha perfino acquistato un ombrellone per la spiaggia! Se dovessi tornare ad Atene sicuramente saprei dove soggiornare!!!

Super location - so close to the beach and supermarkets! Very accessible to the tram stop too! This worked really well for us as we were able to come back to the property throughout the day when the sun got too hot! The aircon was perfect and made the room nice and chilled! - our stay was perfect!!

The accommodation is in a very good, central location. The tram, the beach, and the airport express bus are all nearby. The facilities of the accommodation were completely adequate. The host is kind and helpful.
