The property was accessible, easy to get to and safe (opposite police station). Close to amenities (such as shops, beach and transport links). The apartment was clean and the hosts hospitality was exceptional- he had left food essentials for our use and had tea and coffee selection stocked in the cupboards. He was also very welcoming and offered helpful advice about local sights to visit.

Si tratta di un monolocale a piano terra in una palazzina ristrutturata da poco. E' tutto nuovo e molto ben arredato. Il letto è molto comodo e gli spazi, seppur ridotti, sono gestiti in modo eccellente e con tutto l'indispensabile.
La doccia è grande e separata dal bagno. La cucina è ben attrezzata con piatti, bicchieri posate, ciotole di varie dimensioni. C'è un piccolo frigorifero con anche una porzione di congelatore. Fornetto ad aria, bollitore, macchina del caffè con filtro, macchina del caffè con cialde. All'arrivo dentro il frigorifero abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua da 1,5 l, della frutta, una confezione di pane da toast e una confezione con prosciutto cotto e fette di formaggio. Decisamente molto apprezzato!
In uno sportello c'erano inoltre 1 confezione di camomilla, 1 di tè, 1 confezione di nestcaffè, caffè in polvere, filtri per la macchina e zucchero.
Lo stenditoio esterno consente di far asciugare gli asciugamani e costumi di rientro dalla spiaggia. A disposizione dell'appartamento c'è un cortiletto con 4 poltrone da esterno, tavolino e copertura in legno per rilassarsi all'aria aperta e/o per ospitare amici.
Il padrone di casa, Alex, vive al piano di sopra ed è molto gentile e disponibile.
L'appartamento è vicino alla fermata del tram n.6 che porta direttamente in piazza Syntagma da cui è possibile muoversi a piedi o prendere mezzi pubblici per qualsiasi zona di Atene.
In zona ci sono inoltre diverse fermate dell'autobus, inclusa quella del X96 che porta all'aeroporto.
Gli autobus turistici tipo Big Bus o Hop On hop Off passano lungo mare a circa 300 MT, di fronte all'hotel Poseidon.
A poche centinaia di metri c'è un supermercato, una farmacia e diversi bar e ristoranti.
La spiaggia è a circa 300 MT dall'appartamento.
È possibile acquistare biglietti validi per tutti i mezzi pubblici alle fermate del tram o pagare anche con bancomat direttamente sui mezzi.
Forse aggiungerei un fornetto a microonde oltre al fornetto ad aria.

Perfectly clean apartment where you will find absolutely everything whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Very good location with easy access to the beach, city center and all main attractions of the city .
Public transport is also very convenient, tram and bus stations are very close, just minutes walking distance from the apartment . Area is very quiet and safe ( just for the information - there is police station in front of the apartment )

Rendkívül elégedett vagyok, a szállás nagyon jó helyen van, közel a villamos megállótól, ami közvetlenül, átszállás nélkül Athén belvárosába visz, ahonnan szinte minden nevezetesség gyalogosan megközelíthető. A szállástól 2 percre van a tengerpart, ingyenes strandokkal, szabadtéri konditeremmel, szép sétánnyal. Nagyon tiszta, igényes szállás, a tulajdonos rendkívül barátságos, és segítőkész. Köszönöm az utazási segítséget és a tippeket. Csak ajánlani tudom a szállást. 10+++++++ értékelés.
