Beliggenheten med nærhet til strand, matbutikker, offentlig transport og parkering, samt kort vei til byen.

The flat was nice and clean, the shaded outside terrace downstairs was a great space to sit in the hot weather. A/C in bedrooms was nice. The nearby street noise was really well suppressed by the windows. The free cleaning in case of longer stay was a very nice surprise.
The kitchen equipment (especially pans) were kinda used (but we ate outside a lot so no harm done), rest was OK.

Sehr geschmackvolle und moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung, alles sehr sauber, Top-Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Bei unserer Anreise frisches Obst etc. vom Vermieter. Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe, sogar direkt am Strand. Öffentlicher Strand sowie ein von einem nahegelegenen Hotel bewirtschafteter Strand mit Liegen/Sonnenschirmen in der Nähe. Per Straßenbahn aus Athen/Zentrum gut erreichbar und mit Piräus verbunden.
Leider Tag und Nacht starker Verkehrslärm von der nahegelegenen Durchfahrtsstraße entlang der Küste, den Balkon und die Terrasse konnte man daher kaum nutzen. Von außen stark renovierungsbedürftiges Gesamtobjekt. Die Lage der Wohnung im Souterrain/Hochparterre machte uns auch etwas Angst vor unerwünschten Eindringlingen. Recht enges Bad. Veralteter Warmwasser-Boiler im Bad, den man nicht zu lange anstellen durfte, sonst kochte er über.
