The apartment was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a stay just like at home.

We had some issues with the hot water, and while the host tried to fix it, it stopped working again on the second day. However, these things can happen in any home. Overall, I still give it a 10!

It' a very comfortable and practical apartment. It was a nice 'home away from home'. The host is very responsive and provides a booklet with useful info for your stay. The area is nice.

All was excellent! The new apartment, very clean and cozy. There were AC in two bedrooms. All what we need was in the appartament. The washing machine, dishwasher. Coffee, sugar, salt. A lot of dishes, cups. In the fridge we find the cold water, juice, jams, thank you! The apartment is 5 minutes to the sea with free, clean beach Edem. We definitely recommend to stay in this apartment!

We loved this place for our family's first night in Athens before sailing out of Alamos!

The place was huge and modern with great aircon and a great balcony and a great location. We were headed for a sailing trip the next day at Alamos. Perfect for that. Took a taxi there due to luggage but could have walked there. The hostess let us store luggage there until 2 pm. So sweet of her and she was so reponsive

Best place in Athens!

Fantastic apartment, just better than on pictures, everything you need for living is in the apartment. Just 1 min. by foot from the beach, just 20 min. by foot from Flisvos park, just 10 min by tram from Kalamaki beach. Apartment located on 7th floor, incl. elevator, with large balcony and amazing sunrises at 6:30 from the rock side. Thanks to Anna for immediate helpful assistance 24/7 by phone and Whatsapp.

Superb

Everything was great! Big flat, comfortable bed, clean shower, kitchen with everything you need, and huge balcony where you can relax after a hot day. The apartment has two air conditioners and this is a big plus, so sometimes it was very hot. There is a trailing stop near, the big supermarket, and Edem beach.

Close to sea and Athens centre

Location was great. Just around an hours drive by shuttle bus from airport (X96) a short walk by the street to the house. Across the road from Edem beach, has a store at the main street if you need to get anything for apartment. Very close to the Athens centre (we took taxi 11-20 charge). But can take tram 6 as it's stop is right beside the main road. Keep in mind to walk to the top of street as our satnav stopped showing it halfway through, but it's easy to find. Last house on the left, at the end of the street. It's an old apartment house but apartment itself is very modern. Apartment is on 7th floor, very clean and well equipped. It's just as you see in pictures, nice and comfy. Has a huge L shaped balcony with city/mountain and sea view. There was Aircon, iron, hairdryer (not very powerful to my liking), washing machine, dishwasher.. everything you need for a comfortable stay (even complimentary orange juice, coffee, shampoo, shower gel and dishwasher tablets) Host Anna was very quick and helpful in getting back to us giving response and suggestions for our stay. If I ever go back, will defo stay there again. PS, frog serenades just gave a bit of charm to the stay.

Great place in Athens by the sea

Everything - the apartment is clean, spacious, location is great (we wanted apartment by the sea, not in the downtown and it was really close to the sea), the balcony is big and on one side you can see mountains, on another side - sea, really nice view as apartment is on the 7th floor. It’s just 30 minutes (by foot + tram) to the downtown and all touristic objects, it’s just 5min to the sea by foot, more wild beach, but with nice beach bars, it takes 20min by foot to more touristic beach called Kalamaki. Near apartment there is a tram and bus stop, grocery store, a lot of nice and not expensive local restaurants, we really liked this area 🙂

The only downside of this apartment is that it is next to canal, where a lot of frogs live and they sing at night and you can hear it on the 7th floor (when windows are opened), but ear plugs solve it 🙂

Great place. Bright and modern apartment with a huge balcony and wonderful kitchen. Lots of space and facilities for convenient living. Piraeus port is 20 minutes on taxi (7-10 Euro) if you want to travel on the islands.

Apartment smelled of mold and the rude host Anna who disappears after payment

Upon arrival exactly at check in time 14pm the door was locked, and the host Anna did not answer the phone, ignored our calls. We stood with our suitcases in front of the door for about an hour. The apartment is moldy, there is a strong smell of mold. The host Anna answered for our complaint about it rudely that it was not her problem (she said "Why should I inform you about it"). Also the whole mattress in springs is not suitable for use. After payment, the host answer rudely or does not take the phone at all.

Een heerlijk appartement op een top locatie

Was schoon en netjes en de afstand tot openbaar vervoer en strand top. Een heerlijk bed.

Het zitje op het balkon zat niet zo fijn. En de douche kop bleef niet hangen bij het douchen wat ik persoonlijk erg vervelend vind. Je hebt drie sleutels voor het appartement. Twee zijn dezelfde kleur maar daardoor kregen we in eerste instantie de hoek deur niet open en twijfelden we goed zaten. Contact via de app met eigenaar was super snel en goed opgelost. Misschien sleutel een ander kleur geven zodat het met de beschrijving al direct duidelijk is.
