after a full payment in advance via credit card, I have to pay an extra 50€ as deposit via application WISE, or I will lose payment. It is a blackmail or bad business. I just don't get it.

everything was good

we had the bedroom with the private bathroom, so we had the entire first floor for us. But we could also connect with other people in the shared kitchen and living room. For me it was very good. We had everything we needed.

You should know that rhe AC is centralized, so you cannot manage it by yourself, but for us the setting was perfect. Also something that would have been nice is, if we could let our baggage stay there even if we already checked out, because our flight was very late.

Frustrating reservation

Booking.com Confirmation: 4558183167 Proprty address given as: Carrer de Federico Alcácer Aguilar, 5 I was not able to find the property address. Number 1 exists, but number 5 does not exist on this street(Carrer de Federico Alcácer Aguilar). I tried to call the door keeper in number 1 but it is not answered. And also tried to use code in this building but it didnot work. I speak Spanish. I asked at least 5 different people living in this street. One of the who lives there helped me searching the address for 30 minutes. Nobody found this address. I spent 2 hrs to find place but I could not find it. I write owner bu not given me any info. Some times later I saw the property owner cancelled the reservation. Finally I left the place and found a new hotel after midnight. This property does not exist or address is wrong. You should take action if it is a fraud case or misleading or just lack of information. Any casa you should full return my money that I paid.

The location, amenities, and internet are top notch. For a reasonable price, you get a shared kitchen with dishes, all appliances from a refrigerator to a microwave and coffee maker.

Be prepared for the fact that the room itself is only for sleeping.

The ad says it's a private room and after you pay they tell you it's a sofa bed in the middle of the common room of the house. I'm a 21-year-old female solo traveler so obviously I wouldn't rent something like this if it was clear in the ad. So, I canceled in advance and I'm still waiting for a refund. Don't stay in this place. Zero empathy or security.

Me estafaron. Tuve que buscarme otro alojamiento. En la reserva no pone qué tipo de alojamiento es. Una vez hecha la reserva y me cogieron el dinero me empezaron a mandar correos con instrucciones poco claras e inconclusas. Pideiron 50 euros extras mediante transferencia urgente. Y si no lo hacías no te daban el código de acceso. Contacté con el alojamiento mediante la web de booking y con chuleria y en inglés me decían que siguiera las instrucciones. Básicamente pedían 50 euros más. Se los mandé y nunca me volvieron a contestar. Experiencia HORRIBLE. Me robaron 103 euros y me gustaría hacer una queja formal y que revisen todos los correos que les mandé mediante su página web y decidan si ese es el standard de alojamientos que quieren tener anunciados en su web. Una vivienda con mala señalización. La dirección no es correcta. No es fácil de encontrar. Nadie responde. UNA AUTÉNTICA BASURA DE ANUNCIÓ Y DE SERVICIO (ES UNA ESTAFA QUE ESTÁN CONSINTIENDO USTEDES)

Gut aber stressig

Deposit 30 € wurde kürzlich angefragt, entweder mit IBAN oder Bizum und wir hatten nur IBAN Möglichkeit. Es wurde uns gedroht alles ohne Rückerstattung zu stornieren, wenn am Tage des Check Ins keine 30 € auf dem Vermieterkonto eingehen. Das hat uns unnötig viel gestresst, da wir dachten wir bleiben spontan ohne Unterkunft in Valencia und müssen neu suchen. Vor Ort kann man es nicht bezahlen, auch nicht mit Visa oder Paypal. Hat alles geklappt am Ende, aber es hat uns viel Stress gemacht

Un séjour plus que médiocre

Fuyez vite ! Les chambres dans cet appartement, et cet appartement en général est catastrophique. Tout d'abord la communication avec le hôte laisse à désirer car ce dernier répond toutes les heures, voire plusieurs heures. Comme vous pouvez le constater sur mes photos, l'appartement était sale, avec des araignées dans tous les recoins, des bouteilles de bière non ramassées, et une cuisine débordée de vaisselle sale. Avant d'arriver le hôte va vous demander de lui verser 30 € sur un compte bancaire afin de confirmer la réservation, il vous dira aussi qu'il vous les rendra après le passage de la dame de ménage suite à votre départ. Cependant, ce dernier n'a pas voulu me rendre mes 30 € car selon lui j'aurais apparemment casser la poignée de la porte et laisser des traces sur les murs de la chambre, or que je n'ai même pas bu une goutte d'eau dans la chambre car nous avons pas le droit de consommer quoi que ce soit dans celle ci, et la poignée de la porte était déjà dysfonctionnel avant même mon arrivee (j'avais du mal à l'ouvrir mais ce n'était pas impossible). Le Hote en a profité pour ne pas me rendre mes 30 €. Ce séjour mérite la note de -10/10. Je ne conseille à personne de séjourner dans cet appartement.

La "habitación económica", ni es habitación, ni tampoco económica

La ubicación y la limpieza del alojamiento. Buena comunicación con la propietaria, y bien explicado el proceso de llegada y check in.

La "habitación" ni siquiera tenía ventana (cosa que es ilegal en España). Era, simplemente, un trozo del salón al que le habían puesto una pared de pladur con una puerta, sin luz natural ni ventilación. Además, se escuchaba muchísimo a los vecinos, que estuvieron haciendo ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

Advice to all booking com users: avoid any contact with this accommodation offer called Peaceful Valencia Homestay The owner of the Pecefull apartment did not allow us to enter because we allegedly did not pay the additional deposit required. However, it was paid on the day it was first requested. The owner later admitted that he had received the money but would not refund it. All this happened on Easter Friday and we could not find a single bed available in Vallencia. As it was evening, we had to look for and pay for new accommodation 60km away. Ten ale uhrazen byl v den kdy byl poprvé požadován. Majitel později přiznal že peníze dostal, vrátit ale nechce. Vše se stalo na Velikonční pátek a ve Vallencii jsme nenašli jedinou volnou postel. Protože byl večer, museli jsme hledat a zaplatit nové ubytování vzdálené 60km.

Der Komfort und die Ausstattung waren für den Preis in Ordnung

Die Tür hat geklemmt oder das Schloss nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich habe einmal eine halbe Stunde lang versucht immer und immer wieder den Code einzugeben, bis die Tür sich endlich öffnen ließ. Vor Ort ist niemand zu finden, im Chat bekam ich erst viel später eine Antwort und unter den Telefonnummern die ich finden konnte war niemand erreichbar. Auf meine Schilderungen und die Anfrage zur Rückzahlung meiner Kaution bekam ich nun auch keine Antwort.
