Modern and good location
Seating very strange and uncomfortable. No teapot! When booked said free parking available but when details arrived only one space which was a problem given we were sharing with friends who were coming in their own car. Lack of info about recycling and checking out complicated by the fact that we had to use the fob to exit the car park and then re enter the building to return the keys etc

Very clean property, modern amenities in a vey convenient location in the centre of York with the added bonus of a parking space.
Mirror in one of the bathrooms was over the toilet not the sink making it difficult for men to shave!
The room where the key safes were situated was very small and was very crowded when collecting and returning keys
